Called 10/13/15 to inquire about recovering data on a 34GB Micro SD card from my Samsung Galaxy S4. First off they have not actually been open during their posted business hours, two of the three times I went to the location, on a weekday before 6pm, the door was locked but the lights were on and they are supposed to be open until 7. The "manager" Mike either has no authority or is just incompetent in a management position--nearly of my dealing have been with him. ~~After reading reviews on yelp (sadly, after I went...) I am not sure which Mike is the problem--the Mike in person at the shop was at least nice; however, the Mike on the phone has not been ideal. Today, 10/21/15, phone Mike, asked why I was giving him a hard time?!? Seriously, after arranging on Saturday to come back yesterday between 5-6 only to waste my time again on services which they could not even perform--and I'm giving you a hard time, come on! For a company that specializes in data recovery, they DO NOT know what to do with a MicroSD card--don't spend your money here. They will tell you they can recover your information, want to charge you then bring you in to see that they can not do the service. I was told my data was recovered, but just to corrupt to use. HMMM, well that seems like they did not actually provide me with the services they want to charge for.
