I paid Bound Book Scanning Inc to scan a book, which I mailed to the company. I've called and emailed, but haven't heard back about whether they received the book. This book is really special to my family, so I really need to know if they got it or if it got lost in the mail. If they did receive it, I'd like to know when they'll be scanning it. And once it's scanned, it should be sent back to me through 1st class mail. I don't mind paying for it. If I don't get a response, I'll have to take it up a notch.
