grate servise - the end digital scanned product is high quality - I generally use the servise for books that do not have a digital counterpart, ones to keep for reference content or those I want access to when traveling - no matter the size, condition or print format of the book to be scanned the output is excellent - since I'm a kindle fan the mobi file format is convenient, but the pdf or word options can also be useful; digitized yearbooks look great and are a good option for scanning since they're not used much and can be quickly located - recommend the servise highly, especially for those books you can't part with but don't use regularly - which are often a large portion of one's library.

Very quick turn around and easy to work with. I would definitely work with them again!

Great quality work as well, took some time to get the orders but with everything going on in the world, it's understandable. Great work. This was my second time ordering. This was another foreign language book and just like the first time, the quality of the final product is amazing! There was a tiny error in the first scan which they had sent me, but they re-scanned the entire book immediately and sent a perfect-quality product without errors. Great customer service.

Great work and fast! This was my first time using Bound Book Scanning and I am very pleased with the results. I had a foreign language book scanned so that I could have a searchable PDF file and it worked perfectly. The finished product is high level quality and it's affordable. I will be using this service exclusively for all book scans in the future.

I recently used Bound Book Scanning for a yearbook scanning project. I had no experience in this area and was clueless to the process. Mark and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish! We were nervous that our books would not make it back in the same shape as when we sent them and were amazed they arrived in the exact same condition as when we sent them. I have used Bound Book Scanning, Inc twice now. They have been terrific to work with. They are available by phone and their work is professional. I am from Florida and I was a little concerned, at first, about sending the yearbooks out of state. My concerns were unwarranted. The yearbooks were destined to go to a museum in France. Once scanned, the files were put up online where through the link, the museum was easily able to download the books. The originals were returned without damage. Nice work by Bound Book at a great price.

Mark, I want to thank you for the beautiful scanning job that you did for me. First of all, having a friendly and knowledgeable person pick up the phone not many seconds after one dials is a very encouraging start. Second, I was able to trust you with a book that would cost me the price of a used car to replace. You arranged for safe delivery and pickup. Third, the scan quality exceeded my expectations. Clearly someone on your end takes a lot of pride in doing a great job. Finally, your price was quite fair given the thickness of the book and the quality of the result. I wouldn't hesitate to send any future scanning projects to you.

Mailed them a book on Dec 10. They received it Dec 23 but never notified me. I called and inquired. They said they didn't have it. I Emailed them. No reply. I called and left a voicemail asking to return my call. No return call. I called again. They said they didn't have it. I called again, 6 weeks after they had received it and insisted that they check more thoroughly. Then finally I got an Email with my sample scan. The EMail they replied to was the one I sent previously that they had ignored. I called and told them to send the book back priority mail. Only then did they offer me free service. Prior to that they didn't even offer me a discount for losing my book for 6 weeks. I declined the offer. They had clearly shown their level of customer service and I would have been foolish to trust them any more.

I paid Bound Book Scanning Inc to scan a book, which I mailed to the company. I've called and emailed, but haven't heard back about whether they received the book. This book is really special to my family, so I really need to know if they got it or if it got lost in the mail. If they did receive it, I'd like to know when they'll be scanning it. And once it's scanned, it should be sent back to me through 1st class mail. I don't mind paying for it. If I don't get a response, I'll have to take it up a notch.
