Helzberg Diamonds Shops review: Exaggerated prices, value, quality, craftsmanship and customer service ( all misleading)

We purchased a wedding ring. We were told lies about the designer and the value of the ring. Of course we needed to get it sized smaller to fit my finger. If anything went wrong. We were reassured they would take care of us/ issues. We not happy w the craftmanship, quality was not th same ring(I have pics. to prove it). We just wanted our money back ($5k) even if we had to lose $100. For sizing. They won’t give us our money because they needed to get approval from the customer service Manager. Good customer service is “no hassle” full store refund. But, now I feel violated, cheated and wouldn’t trust doing any buss w them.
So disappointed how poorly everything went after they receive our 5k. It’s unbelievable how they seem to continually,intentionally deceive and literally steal from their trusting customers. We feel we are victims. We feel violated. We now have to wait even longer wasting more time and possibly more money to resolve this issue. We simply want justice. The honorable thing would be if Helberg Diamonds could voluntarily refund us promptly and hope to rebuild our trust. But currently we have no heard back from anyone who can help directly. Nor do we have a ring(s). We can’t more forward in finding a new ring without our 5k. Helzberg Diamonds has both the ring(s) and our 5k. We pray this can be resolved quickly and hope Helzberg Diamonds will do the honorable thing. The fair most simple, easiest thing. Voluntarily compensate what’s owed back to any consumer who never wore or received jewelry they are happy w. Avoid all the aggravation and gain strong customer relationships . Or maybe it’s more profitable to just “lie, cheat and steal” from them only to rebuild yourselves under a new logo?. Please do the right thing.
