Subject: Urgent Complaint: Unwarranted Charges and Non-Delivery of Purchased Goods

I am writing to file a complaint against HelloFresh for consistent and unwarranted charges on my account, failure to deliver scheduled boxes, and the absolute lack of customer support to resolve these ongoing issues.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been unable to reach a resolution with the multiple customer representatives I have interacted with. The customer support system is entirely inadequate, with representatives often appearing confused and altering my account history without my consent. I have spent a cumulative total of over 72 hours in correspondence with at least 10 different agents, all to no avail.

I have requested to speak with a manager numerous times, but have yet to receive any calls or emails from one, despite being told by customer representatives that they would contact me. I have not received any of the promised emails from HelloFresh regarding these matters.

The continuous unauthorized charges to my account are particularly concerning. I have paid money for boxes that I have not scheduled and that were never delivered. In fact, the frequency of these charges has escalated to the point where my account is being charged every 15 minutes, forcing me to cancel my card and obtain a new one to prevent further unwarranted charges.

I have documented all correspondence with HelloFresh and have filed a complaint with my bank as well. The representatives at HelloFresh have claimed that they are refunding the charges, but as of now, they continue to occur.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service from HelloFresh. I demand a full refund for all charges made to my account for boxes that were not delivered, as well as a clear and transparent explanation for these charges. Additionally, I request immediate cessation of all charges to my account and a confirmation that this has been done.

If these demands are not met promptly, I will have no choice but to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer.
