We had Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric come out to install a new water heater. Very professional and knowledgeable concerning the installation process, explained what they were going to do and why. Explained in detail product operation and answered questions to my satisfaction. I plan to use Heart for future projects.

Our furnace stopped working the day after Christmas. Tried several companies and none could come out that day. Called Heart Heating and Cooling and they had a repairman there in less than an hour. Diagnosed a blown fuse in the furnace quickly and charged an extremely low amount for the repair. They are now my first call for any furnace issues.

Decided to replace our furnace and add air conditioning. Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, their technicians, sales team, and customer service were awesome as well as their installation crew. The team did an awesome job. The project was smooth from the quote all the way through completion of the installation of the equipment. Communication was excellent. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Strongly recommended this company to handle all HVAC and electrical needs in your home.

Heart did an outstanding job of getting out to us last minute. The leak I had was found at our home address and the job was done and completed at the same location. John, our master plumber was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. They had the supplies and tools to fix my problem in the truck so there was no delay. I would say I strongly recommend their services and will be using them from now on.

Office staff making appointment was professional. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. They called in a timely manner to let us know the technician was on his way. The technician, John, was wonderful. He explained everything and did a thorough inspection of my Dad's AC unit. He didn't try to talk us into anything unnecessary. John was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and polite. We will definitely use Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric again and will probably ask for John.

Furnace Replacement Project: Cayden and the technicians and the rest of the team were awesome - very professional and considerate and went well beyond the expected level of service. The administrative team have also been very responsive and supportive throughout the process. While I haven't lived very long with my new furnace yet, I'm happy I have the Heart team to support me for the long haul with this and my other systems.

Heart Heating and Air helped us out when we were in a pinch. We bought our first home in October and our furnace failed on us within the first two months. We called them and they arrived at our house within the hour. They helped guide us. Everyone was very knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions. Punctual, polite, informative, affordable... Overall an excellent experience. We will be using them in the future.

I've used Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric two times in the last year and have come to trust their work. Today, the job was to do routine maintenance on our AC system. The HVAC technician, [Technician's Name], walked me through all of the things he was doing and educated me somewhat on how the system works. I was very pleased with the result and now, our AC will be more efficient and cost us less to run. The price for the work was also reasonable compared to other companies.

"John" was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had an air conditioning problem, which he diagnosed quickly. I told him that I have Parkinson's and cannot do things as I used to. Heart installed a gas tankless water heater to replace our aging, conventional gas heater. The old heater was a stumpy type (38" high), located in the crawl space and no longer manufactured. Heart gave us a fair price which included a senior's discount and more accessories than any other quote we got plus a five-year maintenance plan. Their installation team was courteous, professional and got the job done quickly. A pleasure to have in your home. If you are considering a tankless water heater, prepare for sticker shock, but our experience with Heart was great.

Absolutely wonderful company and their plumber was awesome! We were in a pinch needing a plumber and just happened to find Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. You know, it's a wonderful thing when you can find a company that is really as good as its reviews. I spent a good time talking to the plumber and he said so many great things about this company and the management which, most of the time anywhere is awful, but not here. It's nice to hear that a company takes such heartfelt interest in their employees and customers and not just how much money they stand to make. We are forever grateful for the honest, great work the plumber did and we are lifers with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. We would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to have work done in their home.

Shout out to Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I would put this as a five-star Review but I already have one for a few other technicians I've worked with. I'm that pleased with the service I've received so far, constantly have new reason to write good reviews. He worked on installing an adapter with a shutoff valve for a new fridge. He took his time considering the options I had, thought carefully through the solutions, considered the amount of work, and let me make the decision. He worked quick, was friendly, and felt like having a friend in the house with me. Even went above and beyond with helping install a spacer system to keep my fridge from going too far back to cause any issues for the solution we agreed on. I'm very happy with the job he did. Thank you!

Where to begin. Never got a receipt for the work. We have multiple emails to company provided addresses with no response. Nicely worded, stronger worded. Nary a bad word. But no receipt and no follow up. We were quoted to remodel 3 outlets. The work actually turned into 2 outlets. The tech made it seem that the remodel designation was for the work he would need to do ( from memory now, as I have no receipt but tech said he needed to pull wires drywall cutting, box swap out possible, moving outlet location and all he ended up needing to do was shorten existing wires, replace plugs and replace existing box to 2, and we did not move any to a new location). No remodel work, we completed all demo needed. The third was phantom and we told the tech to leave it an empty hole, my wife and I replaced and patched later. Quoted price of $825 still charged.

Horrible experience! I called them back in June to fix a leak inside my house. My AC drain pan was leaking into my bathroom. The technician came and told me the problem was the filter. He changed my AC filter and left. That night I had a water fall in my bathroom. Since they send a survey to review each technician after a house visit, I wrote that my problem was not fixed. The company sent him again the next day. He came back, checked my compressor outside, and told me I needed a new AC unit, and compressor. The technician said the compressor had a leak, and there was no way to fix it. Since he was rushing me to buy the new AC unit, it did not feel right. I told him I needed a second opinion. I called another company. They guy came, told me the pipes were clogged. He cleaned the pipes and after that, I have not had issues with my AC. No need to buy a new $14K AC unit. I called them to fix the leak I had, and instead they just wanted to con me into buying something I did not need. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This company came out to fix a part of our water heater after a plastic tube containing hot water burst in our basement. They were told there was standing water. At 7 AM, they told me a technician would be here between 10 AM and 1 PM. After 2 attempts to get an update from them, they finally said a technician was on his way. He arrived at 3:30 PM. He charged us $500 to fix a valve and left our house before testing whether or not the hot water was working. Today, we haven't had any hot water, and there is an error message on our water heater saying "dangerous vapors." We were told by two company representatives that 1. they know our model of water heater and we didn't need to worry, and 2. it is not their fault because it happened after the technician left.
