was a phenomenal service rep for Always Plumbing and Heating. He went out of his way to make sure I was looked after as a customer. He went far and beyond to do a great job. He was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Always Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing service that you may need. The whole staff was awesome!

I was booked an appointment for Thursday 16th. On the day, I got a call and was advised that they will have to reschedule. I was given no reason for this. The next one was booked for Saturday 18th at 1 pm, with two-hour windows. I sat and waited and no one came. No one even called. My time has no meaning, we the customers are treated with total disrespect.

Robert of Plumbing and Heating did a phenomenal job in our hot water tank. He was knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He was so awesome and patiently troubleshoot the problem of the hot water tank and gave options that works. Now, the hot water tank is working so well. I highly recommend Robert of Always Plumbing and Heating. Job well done, Robert! ?.

Nathan and his partner from always plumbing showed up as promised, they assessed the situation, explain the options to me along with prices for my hot water tank replacement. Very professional job and highly recommend both Nathan and his partner along with always plumbing. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises. Thanks again for a great job.

Samantha *** was just great and fixed my *** toilet from making noises! She is very friendly and found exactly what I needed, then went and picked up parts and voila! Done! She answers your questions which reassured me and mentions if I have any problems tojust give a call. First time, a lady plumber and I liked having a lady! I would have her come again in a minute! Thanks Samantha!

The technicians sent from always arrived on time and finished our installation quickly. These individuals were very helpful and spent additional time explaining the proper operating procedures for the new dishwasher they installed. We have used always for a number of years to repair or install various plumbing, heating and air conditioning units and highly recommend there exceptional service.

Our yearly furnace inspection went off well, on our very aging furnace. John is always so thorough in his explanations and down to earth in his recommendations. We had many questions about replacement and some other plumbing appliances and he gave excellent information for consideration. We are thankful to have selected Always for our heating and plumbing service. We would recommend them to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

I am unfailingly impressed with the level of service and professionalism offered by Always Plumbing. Every technician who has ever come to my house has been prompt, knowledgeable, clean, and respectful, and I can't say enough about the workers and the company as a whole. They have never let me down, the price is always fair, the work has always been thoroughly explained to me, and I've never been dissatisfied. I'm happy to recommend Always Plumbing to anyone!

Next day service for replacing leaking sump pump. *** was very knowledgeable and explained the why's of using the type of sump pump we needed...As it turned out the old sump pump (30 years old) was still working but the line was broken. He replaced the pump with a the same kind and fixed the line.He did the job in quick time and the cost was the best we received from 2 other companies. His expertise and knowledge was invaluable. We have nothing but praise for *** I have taken the names of other plumbing companies out of my phone book & will use Always Plumbing for any of our needs in the future. They are the best !

I'd been fighting a dying sump pump all day and finally figured out I needed help. Karly was able to squeeze in an appointment for the next morning. After I booked, things went to worse with the sump pump. I called back and Karly kindly found a technician who was willing to come out that evening within the hour. 45 minutes later Robert arrived. Very calm, polite, and efficient he got right to work. He was done in an hour and answered my many beginner questions with answers I understood and learned from. The installation was really well done and no mess! From start to finish this was an exceptional experience for someone hired a plumber for the first time.

Robin was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Once she arrived she confirmed with us the service charge quoted on the phone when the appointment was booked. She took our kitchen faucet apart to see if she could see where the problem was. Once she identified the problem she gave us a quote to fix it and told us that if she could not, there would be no additional charge other than the service fee. Unfortunately, through no fault of hers, and after considerable effort, she indicated that due to the design of the faucet she could not repair it. She put everything back together, cleaned up and billed us only for the service call. Very professional and helpful. We will certainly us Always Plumbing again!

BUYER BEWARE ! 8 years ago, I had Always Plumbing and Heating supply and install my, high effciency furnace, *** XC95M furnace. Last year I started having problems. I went through 5 ignitors in 6 months. With all the issues, I discovered the following. The *** XC95M, hi efficiency furnace, is a fully modulating furnace. I discovered my hi furnace was configured to run as a medium ificiency, 2-stage furnace rather than a high efficiency modulating furnace. The Thermostat supplied and installed by Always was not intended for modulating control it is only capable of medium eficiency, 2 stage control. Basically, I was sold the most expensive furnace available when a cheaper, basic 2 stage furnace functionality is what they supplied. On top of that, Always Plumbing and Heating did not register my furnace with ***, This resulted in a 5-year warranty rather than 10 years had it been registered. I am now faced with expensive repair bills with no warranty. Parts are more expensive...modulating valve rather than regular valve, modulating motor rather than regular motor, electronic control boards for a modulating furnace rather than standard 2 stage furnance control board, which cost approx. double the price for repairs. I have no doubt that, as time passes, i will incure repair expenses for my furnace.Three weeks ago, I contacted Always Plumbing and heating. I was told the bussiness had changed hands since I purchaced the furnace and hence they are not responsible to me as a customer. After conatcting them they said they would contact me the next day if anything could be done. Have not recieved any further comunication! The deception of the sales vs install and service of the equipment is deplorable. So again i caution BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Always Plumbing and Heating

The installer, ***, and his partner did a fine job and I would give them four to five stars. However, for Always Plumbing as a company, I must say I have been less than impressed. We had done our research of companies and obtained quotes from five of them. Always was about middle of the pack for price (just slightly above mid), but their *** was good and their reviews seemed solid. We also figured, you get what you pay for and were not going to cheap out. But... We first had the team (*** and his partner) here April 21 to install the AC unit. Before this date, I was not informed that it would be a multi-visit (3) process, as the electrician could not be there same-day to do their portion, and *** could not finish the install until that was done. *** said the office would call me to schedule the electrician's visit as well as their final follow-up visit. No one called us - the electrician showed up unannounced one day - just lucky I happened to be home and available that day. Several days later (maybe a week later?), the boss at the electrician's company called to ask if our job had been completed by one of his crews yet (?!) To get the Always crew back to finish the job, once again, I never received a call from Always...I had to call them to enquire and we were put off for for two weeks due to availability (so much for the service package we PAID EXTRA for to put us at the "top of the list" for service calls). The day before the final install/activation we had received both an email and a text confirming our appointment and that the crew would be here between 930 and 1130 am. Having heard nothing by 1230 pm I called and asked if they were still coming and was told our appointment was scheduled for between 330 and 530 pm. Someone had rescheduled us and didn't bother notifying us! (Wasted day, as I had other running around I need to get done and had planned on doing after their visit - and also had a virtual grade 12 grad to attend at 4 pm!) Making matters worse, I was told a *** would call me. No one ever did. (One more star knocked off...) Due to their prior job taking longer than expected, *** and his partner didn't arrive until after 630 pm. They were most apologetic and it didn't take them long to finish the job and get our AC up and running. They also took care of a quick side-job for me while here (made up a little bit for the run-around the office had given us throughout this whole process. Thanks ***!)
