I am writing regarding a refund that was confirmed but has not yet been received.

Purchase date: January 1, 2026

Refund confirmation date: January 10, 2026

Reference ID provided: 75184896009179374702300

Although I received confirmation that the refund was processed and a Reference ID was issued, the amount has not been credited back to my account.

Please note that the Reference ID is not sufficient for my bank to trace the transaction. I kindly request that you provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for this refund, which is required for tracking through the card network.

If the refund has already been processed, please confirm:

The exact date it was submitted to the payment processor

The ARN number

The payment method used for the refund

If I do not receive the ARN or a clear update within a reasonable timeframe, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my card issuer.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
