Harrodsceline bag transaction void

On November 24th 2017 i purchased a celine bag. I chose the conversion in dirhams by mistake.
Thw wrong transaction was voided and i purchased the bag again. I was told that the first 1750 pounds won't be taken from my cc. Now both transactions have been taken and charged???

    This complaint has been emailed to Harrods on 10th April 2018, & I have still not received feedback or been reimbursed. Harrods over charged for a jacket purchased, reflecting as £154.29.
    The price of the item is £150. This purchase was made by my 14 year old daughter who was visiting the UK from South Africa.
    Then there’s the case of the unnecessary charge of the “purse currency conversion fee” of £6.17.
    There was no need to charge this conversion fee, as my daughter paid in GBR Pounds.
    Does Harrods have a policy to rob unknowing foreign customers?
    It’s extremely sneaky & under handed that your receipt does not state the extra charges.
    This query is now going on for far too long.
    I need this matter resolved & expect the reimbursement urgently.
