Hardee's Restaurants - burgers

I am going to reveal to you the exact reason why your Memphis area locations are NOT getting good reviews. And I PROMISE: THIS is the reason. Hardees' in the Memphis area does NOT serve hot burgers. You may think your chain serves hot burgers, but it does not. Your chain serves room-temperature to fresh-off-the-windshield-on-a-70-degree-day-at-the-golf-club burgers. Not enough to make your patties sweat, but just enough make you think your drink's too cold. No, it's your burger. Your burgers have no heat. And I mean, not enough heat to make an inspection agent close down shop. The Fresco Burger: The "toast" is not toasted, or grilled, or whatever process you have in place to ensure the bread is warmed, heated or toasted. In fact, the bread is always just as... cool... as the burger meat itself. At least I'm not eating below-regulation burger-meat juice absorbed into the bread, because there is no burger-meat juice. The tomatoe, I can let slide, because it's not cold, which doesn't throw off the balance of the burger. It's equally room-temperature. I don't want to give ya'll any hope, but the only reason people keep coming back is because they hope the burgers will get hotter. But when those customers who know the potential Hardees has leave, The percentage of new-comers who stay, for whatever reason, will not be enough to keep you gaining profits. Memphis does NOT have good employees in MANY places. This is why Burger King fails in this city. They sell tacos now... People don't care about tacos enough to go to Burger King to get tacos. They'll go to Taco Bell, becasue at least they'll be hot. People aren't going to go to Burger King just because they're selling tacos now. It doesn't mean people don't like tacos, it means people don't enjoy Burger King. Not that they're food isn't good, it's just never prepared well, ever. If this meets the right person, you'll be a very successful manager if you throw yourself into their shops and somehow, magically it seems, make their burgers hot.
