I purchased a 42"Long Air Scrapper CP item #62687 on 4/6/2025 at 4:30pm. On 47/2025 about 2pm I used the product about 30 minutes when it stopped working. At 5 pm I returned it to the store which is about an hour from my home. I explained I didn't want a replacement; I didn't want to take the chance. The manager said I would have to pay the restock fee regardless. This did not make me happy to pay a restock fee for a defected item. I left the store deciding I wouldn't be shopping there anymore. Then going over the receipt I discovered"SUBJECT TO RESTOCK FEE" REASON UNUSED/UNOPENED. This presented to me as FRAUD. I am convinced that I was charged the Fee for restocking because I didn't want to take the chance on a replacement. My original ticket # [protected] / my refund ticket #[protected]

Desired outcome: Please Refund the restocking Fee. Train the employees to earnestly put the truthful reason for returning the item to prevent someone else from purchasing a defected item
