Harbor Freight Tools review: 11500 predator generator on driveway sale

Im filling this complaint regarding the Henderson KY Harbor Freight parking lot sale. We had been watching the Predator 11.5k generator all week and visited the store the day prior to the sale. The store manager, Brian told us that to get the 40% off we would need to get to the store at 9:00am the next day which was on 10/11/26. We arrived early as instructed before doors open. While we were standing in line waiting for doors to open. another gentleman said that he was there as well to pick up that same generator, which he stated was set aside in back of store for his pickup. We were not offered the same opportunity the day before to reserve this item. We feel that this was an inside BS deal made by the store manager. I would like to know how this is fair for customers who follow the advertised sale procedures, and I am requesting that Habor Freight honor the sale price on another generator. I have contacted a Danny not sure of his position within the company, and he said he would find out what was going on but I never received call back.
