I ordered a purse online from this company; the description was inaccurate, but worse, the shipping of $5.95 was $9.39 cents LESS than required on the 1.2# package. Had shipping of over $15 been made clear on the site and at check out, this product never would have been purchased. The description was that it matched the larger version of the purse, which it did not. I was offered $6.90 as compensation, and that I could keep the bag--which now cost me $54.39. Ok, not the worst problem in this world but these people know they could not have sold this with $15 postage required; and they should have offered free and full return, instead of requiring I pay shipping.

The item I ordered was a dog nail trimmer. The items I received was missing a part that probably would have cost them .50 to fix. I have tried to rectify the problem for one year now. Today I was told they now could not help because it's past the 14 day return period. I was repeatedly told the blade (the missing part) was correctly installed. I finally ordered the part on amazon and installed it my self which I could NOT have done if there was already a blade in place. Horrible customer service. Beware of dealing with this company.

I was also severely disappointed in this product. The pictures and measurements were not what I received. When I inquired about returning, I would have had to ship it back to China--of course I am paying that fee. They offered to refund 9.20. This is so not worth even $10. Yet another reason to be leery of buying anything online from a company I am not familiar with.

I purchased the Outback bag - 1st time I used it, the zipper fell off. I emailed to see about the return policy and since is was past 14 days since it arrived, I am out of luck. It was less than 3 weeks since I received it, this bag is meant for travel - what a joke.

I ordered a purse and it arrived. After opening it up, i realized it was too big. I emailed the company and was offered 20% instead of full refund. When did this even become an option? What makes this company think they can keep the remainder of my money? I don't understand how this company conducts itself! Could someone please let me know what problems you have had? I will never purchase another item from this company.
