I was pleased with the services provided by Handyman on Call. Both technicians were thorough and were able to complete the tasks that I needed to be done. Both arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Met with Benjamin *** from Handyman On Call yesterday. He examined the problem and gave me two options for repairing my chimney and trim. Very helpful so I can follow up with homeowners association and get work done.

Wow what a wonderful surprise! I needed a roof repair and Handy Man on Call was on time, friendly, very competent, and extremely reasonable. Job done ! I will be calling Benjamin for all my home improvement projects ! Thank you !

I used handyman on call for the first time a few weeks ago and when I had another project to do I didn't hesitate to call handyman on call the staff is very professional and courteous handyman on call will be doing all my house projects!

We needed some complicated custom equipment installations on two building rooftops and the people at Handyman were great. Kevin was helpful in figuring out what to do and Jaime got it all installed for us. A very professional company and easy to work with. I will be using them again. Pete K.

I am very pleased with the repair performed on my outdoor concrete steps. The repairman arrived on time and explained exactly what he would have to do. He cleaned up afterwards, inquiring if I was satisfied with the service. He was polite and professional and I would use Handyman On Call again.

Did a great job on expanding my lower level laundry room door. Very professional and kept the area clean throughout the entire process. Professionally matched my wall paint which is well over 20 years old. Worker was friendly ensure everything was done to my sanctification. I would recommend to anyone.

Poor workmanship and customer service, if work isn't performed to your level of satisfaction this company will hear your concern and never get back in touch. If you decide to contract with them, place everything in the contract before signing and read back of contract. FIND ANOTHER HANDYMAN / COMPANY! ON FUTURE PROJECTS I HAVE!

Excellent service from the estimate to the completion of the job . Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work done . Very professional , knowledgeable , and job done in timely manner . At times , we are at the mercy of contractors , I feel they had mercy on me when it came to pricing . I am very happy with the service I got from Handyman On Call LLC. Their representative arrived on time, examined the problem I was having and provided two solutions to fixing the problem. I was impressed by the knowledge the representative had regarding the type of problem I am having and seeing photos of repairs that had been made for previous customers. I would recommend this company to others who may be facing problems similar to mine.

I have used Handyman on Call for several tasks and they have always been professional and the work excellent. Yesterday, Benjamin Z, one of the owners, cleaned my dryer vent and switched the plastic corrugated pipe connecting from the dryer to the vent and the work was well-done. I would recommend you contact Handyman on Call if you need any maintenance work you are not able to do yourself. They may no do every type of maintenance but they do every type of maintenance I've ever contacted them about.

Terrible customer service! The company set up a 12 Noon appointment. I called around 12:15 pm and was told their appointments have a one hour window. I called back at 1:30 pm and was told they'd call me back with information. At 2:05 I called back and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes then they hung up on me without returning to the line. So I called them right back and they took my number and hung up again. When you call, you always get a different scheduling person and I get the feeling that they cannot easily communicate with their estimators. I have wasted over two hours. In my opinion, Handyman On Call is not worth the aggravation you will experience. Stay AWAY!

I hired this company to replace some missing bricks from my patio. The worker did show up on time but with no material and also appeared to not know how to do the job. He replaced the brick, and called me to see the job. I could not believe that this was a professional job. The bricks were all uneven, with a wide space left between the bricks and edge of the patio. He tried to fix the problem by brushing sand under the brick, which really did not help. After expressing displeasure about his work he became upset and walked away leaving the work and trash behind. I notified the office about my dissatisfaction and was met a whole lot of "I am so sorry" and was told that the only thing they could do is "add some stones to fill the gap, but it would cost an additional $100 for a trip to the store. " I feel this company is dishonest about it's claim "that their job is not done until you are completely satisfied." The job on my patio looks like something I would do my self. I was stiffed by Handyman. The workers they employ are unskilled. I will never use them again and want to warn others.

Handyman on Call came to my house to give me an estimate on taping and mudding a partial room ready for paint. I signed into agreement for what they "Handyman on call" estimated the cost of the job to be. They schedule a subcontractor to come out to start the work. The subcontractor arrived and said he did not have the tools with him to do the work. He stated his boss only allowed for an hour for him to work on it. He then asked how much Handyman charged me for the job. After I told him he said he was not going to do it. He stated how much he would have charged to do it. I reached out to Handyman on call to advise the subcontractor said he was not going to do it. Handyman said they were going to get in touch with the estimator. At first after speaking with the estimator he said the subcontractor was going to come back another day and do it. That did not happen, so I followed up with Handyman on call and the estimator came back with another price to do the work which was $500 more still not the signed agreed upon price.
Very disappointed - this work was filtered through *** pro service which connected me with Handyman on Call.

These dudes aren't too great at their job. They were supposed to secure upstairs walls and fix the floor. Instead, they took some of my brews from the fridge and slapped them under a bucket like they thought I wouldn't notice. Real classy. And to top it all off, one of them took a dump in my yard like a dog. Another time they came to do work on the vents. They did the one in the living room and dining room, but not the one in the front room. Check out the pics I attached to see what I mean. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

They was supposed to switch my porch's awning for the same one as my neighbor's. The new awning they put up has rods bolted to the house and doesn't have any support by columns. I told them that this was no good because it might not support a lot of snow. They said they would change it. On 4/28 when it rained hard, the porch was all wet from one side to the other. The awning didn't keep the rain off my porch. It doesn't protect me from the sun either. What's the use of that? They also busted my neighbor's awning, and it's been tough to get a clear answer about when they can fix it. They always say I have to talk to a manager, who's never free for customers. I want the busted awning to be fixed and a refund for the weak new one they put up. They threatened to make me pay after they put up the new awning when the work on the posts wasn't even finished.

I made a deal with this guy Handyman On Call LLC to fix my kitchen and garage, ‘cos it was messed up real bad from the flood that happened in May 6. I signed the papers with them in July . It’s been one heck of a ride with these guys since then. They took my cash deposit and then they were as hard to reach as my ex! I had to keep calling their office and then they put me on their schedule at last. Then they sent some workers over, but dang they did a crap job. They messed some stuff up and even smoked on my property! I told the contractor all about it and showed them pics to prove it too. But the work still ain’t done right in my kitchen or garage. I asked ‘em to give me a detailed report of everything they plan to do, but they only gave me a list of rooms with no specifics on materials or labor. I hounded these guys for details over and over again, especially after I found out I could get nicer countertops that were $4k less than what they were offering. I want some real answers from these clowns.

This company is sketchy. I hired them to put together a play set for my kids, and they took 11 and a half hours to do it! They charged me $389 for just two hours of work, and took that whole time just to open the boxes and get organized. The instructions said it should take 10 hours, but they're supposed to be pros so that makes no sense. They argued with each other all day and left their trash in my yard. After they had been there for 9 hours, someone called me promising to adjust the price. But now they're trying to charge me $1800 for a $1300 job! And they're not admitting any mistakes. I wanted to pay $850 but they think $1400 is fair. I'm so over it.

Handyman On Call LLC is a big no-no for me. Dec 15, 2021, I signed a deal with them to do 3 things, which include installing kitchen cabinets and a quartz countertop. I paid them $1,984.33 as a down payment. But then the office wasn't calling me back to schedule the job, and I had to keep calling the estimator several times to make them call me back. That's more than 15 calls on my cellphone, can you imagine? The group that arrived to measure the cabinets told me that they couldn't do what the estimator said they were going to do and just walked away, no follow-up or anything. I attempted to contact the office, but they didn't call me back. I thought we had a solution, but the order was placed on Dec 15th, and I was informed that it would take "a few weeks." It's still unknown when they'll be able to provide me with a time frame. I've been put off, ignored, and lied to. I no longer have faith in or want to work with Handyman On Call LLC because it's been two months since I began a job that was supposed to take two weeks, and we're not any closer to beginning than when I first signed the agreement. I'd request a refund of $1,306.33 for any unfinished work and say farewell.
