exelent service, they had my product made and on my front porch in a 2 week time span and I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the prices.

I got a stone from The Headstone Guys for my son. It was real pretty, but it had a hole for a vase that the cemetery won't take. I paid 2,000 bucks for it and now I can't even put it down. I don't know what to say.

Ordering headstones and finalizing designs was easy. Coordinating orders with admin support was efficient. Delivery of headstones was super fast. Highly recommend.

My order was processed quick, and I was walked through all the steps. Shipping info was accurate and spot on. No surprises. I am so happy. Keep up the good work.

They did a great job! The headstone was beautiful, just like I wanted. It did take a bit longer to arrive, but with everything going on, it's understandable. Just be patient and you won't be let down!

We ordered 3 stones from this company! So happy with all three. The first one was for my dad and it was even prettier than I thought. We got one for my Aunt too and it was just as pretty. The third one was for a friend who left us too early. We wanted pictures of her and her kids on it and they did an amazing job! We'll definitely tell others about your great work. I signed up for their cemetery service so my husband could have a break from dealing with this nonsense. Turns out, they can't do a lawn mower edge without a special order that takes more than 6 months. Who knows how much extra it will cost? The funny thing is, I clearly told them from the start that the cemetery only required a 4" thick headstone with a lawn mower edge. Now I'm stuck with a non-refundable $69 fee after waiting for several weeks. And to top it off, Courtney, who thinks she earned that fee, is being all snotty about it (lol). Don't waste your money on this so-called service. It's not a service at all.

It took a long time to get our headstone, so if you want it fast, you might not be happy. But this company is in California, which has strict covid rules! I ordered a headstone for my mom and we all loved it. Even the cemetery person who installed it was amazed! So if you want a great, good-priced product, this is the place. If you want speed, change your timeline or go somewhere else. I love my mom's headstone and I'm happy with the service.

The stone I bought is so pretty. I'm a bit worried about how long it will last because the engraving isn't very deep, but it's still cheaper than what the local guy quoted me, even if I buy a few more. Oh, and if you get a laser-engraved stone, you won't see the engraving when it's wet. They don't tell you that until after you buy it. It only took about 3 weeks to arrive, which is awesome because they said it would take 6-8 weeks. Maybe they're not busy right now, who knows? The only bad thing is that I also got the combo pack, which is supposed to have cleaner, restorer, sponges, and ink. But they didn't send the ink. I called and left a message and sent an email, but I don't expect to hear back until tomorrow since it was after business hours. I'll keep you posted. I give 5 stars for the price, shipping, and design. 4 stars for quality because of the shallow engraving and for not sending everything. And 3 stars for customer service, but maybe it's because of the pandemic and it might improve. I emailed them with questions before ordering, but they only answered some of them.

Placed a order months ago, being trying to reach them by phone. No answer, left messages they have not returned any calls put they have gotten my money. They reviews were good as to why I placed my order. All I wanted was a beautiful headstone for my mother grave...this is bad business
