I have been a loyal customer with Hallmark for years and spend hundreds of dollars each year during the July and October Premiere. I am totally disgusted with the lack of availability of ornaments both in July and October! There has never been an issue like this and I am highly considering giving up on Hallmark if this is the type of customer service YOU are providing. I do not blame the stores as "you are only as strong as your weakest link" and obviously someone (or several people) have not gotten it right at the corporate level causing a trickle down effect of poor customer service to the stores. I have many family members and friends feeling the same way and the morale of both store employees (wide range geographically) and the verbal disgust by MANY customers when I was in the stores only shows a downward slide for Hallmark if you dont get this corrected! Personally, I have set my mind that if I cannot obtain the Smore Nutcracker this season than I am personally giving up totally on your brand. Too many other companies provide quality at a cheaper price! I do wish for a response (although at this point my expectations are minimal). Thank you, Dawn

Desired outcome: Smore Nutcracker AND improved availability of products advertised in mailings BUT not showing up in the stores (or available online)
