We have been a long time Hallmark movie watcher on all the Hallmark channels but have a equally long time complaint about the sound editing. Does anyone there ever listen to a finished movie before it's released? Just watched Fit for a Prince and as usual they have the background music playing sooooooooo loud it's hard to understand the dialog going on. This happens too often & background music should be in the background.

I've tried to watch "Fit For A Prince" four times on my KindleFire stick. It keeps having issues. It's not just me, it's done the same thing for others (no other movies are having the issue at present.) The same thing happened continually with the last "Chronicles" mystery—we gave up and watched it live when it came back on.

We would like the option to fast forward and rewind. We understand the need for commercials. That's fine. Include the same amount of commercials regardless, but please, allow us to fast forward and rewind.

When we've watched a movie and the app fails, it doesn't always continue. In fact, if there's an issue on your end, it won't continue. In this case, I've started the movie four times and watched it to each point, and at each point, it fails. I continue a bit. It fails. When it gets to the same point in the movie every time. It fails and restarts again from the beginning. Without fast forward...!

LIFETIME movies ALLOW members to fast forward and rewind! Isn't Hallmark better than Lifetime?

Was with a patient, she had me light her hallmark candle which caught fire, the whole thing was on fire, as attempted to put it out the container broke spilling fiery wax onto my hand, My hand is blistered, discolored, swollen, numb with pain. I have 1st degree burns on knuckles, 2nd and deep thickening on fingers and rest of hand.

As a former employee, I would like to disclose my concerns that I witnessed in my short duration with the company.

I used to work at Ty Porth Care home in the Rhondda Valley, South Wales.
During my time at the home I have witnessed staff using the bed sheet as a slide sheet and I have seen several members of staff drag lift residents when repositioning. The member of staff responsible for manual handling training was not correctly wearing a mask (nose exposed throughout the duration of the training) and subsequently the care home had several Covid 19 diagnosis on the ground floor in the weeks following my training.

My main concern is that staff no not appear to be preforming personal care tasks adequately.

Whilst preforming personal care on a gentleman at the home I noticed a large build up of yellow residue beneath the foreskin of the penis. Clearly his intimate areas had not been cleaned thoroughly for quite some time. Staff are not washing genitalia, feet or even the space between a residents toes on a daily basis. The upper body is washed, and that's it. (not including teeth) Teeth are done every other day and the paperwork will reflect this.

In my short 4 day experience, residents teeth were not brushed for days on end. I have some serious concerns about the wellbeing of residents within the care home in regard to their personal care. Staff need to ensure that the foreskin is peeled back for cleaning and this must be a daily occurrence.

I am disappointed and very unhappy with the Hallmark channel's new bent toward pushing homosexual relationships on their newer movies. It used to be a family oriented channel, but no longer. The viewers of the Hallmark channel want G-rated movies, ones that promote conservative family values, not homosexual relationships. A recent movie, around Christmas time, had one friend suggesting her female friend "ask out" another woman. Why? The Hallmark Channel is "caving" to liberal public opinion. Don't they realize that the sappy, feel-good vibes of most (in the past) are too corny for the LGBQ comunity. LISTEN to your paying viewers. LISTEN to the loyal Hallmark viewers who have been supportive for years. We do not want to see two women kiss. We do not want to seen two men holding hands. Your advertisers had better pay attention, because we won't give them our business if they support your new "agenda".

I would like to know why is the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel airing " Little House on the Prairie"? This show is NOT A MYSTERY SHOW! Also you have the audacity to play 3 full episodes back to back! Are you guys insane? This show does not fit in with shows like " Murder She Wrote", "Columbo", "Monk", and even "Matlock". I refuse to watch that show so for 3 hours while Little House on the Prairie" you loose a loyal customer.

Next Saturday night during their prime time show, they are airing a show that features a married homosexual male couple. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Ifind this very offensive! It is not the standard of programming that I associate with your channel that we watch most of the time. What a horrible example for young and old alike! We will not be watching nor will any of other Witnesses anywhere your shows are shown!

Please beware of Hallmark they are committing fraud and false advertising. They are selling what is supposed to be a new 2021 Greeting card software for 49.95, but when you purchase and try to download it, it tells you it is already installed because it is actually a 2019 version and many of the cards are actually duplicates of cards from a 2018 version. This is not the first time this has happened, I have bought versions in the past that was supposed to be new and it turned out to be a release of an old version like 2006. The other thing is if you go to them for support and you didn't buy the software directly from them, they will not stand behind the product, like if you bought it from an office supply. That is not good business. They could have a great product if they would give it some effort.

The quality level of the Hallmark shows we watch has really dropped over the last year.
You need new script writers.
The male actors need to be clean shaven
The actors that wear glasses should wear reflection free glasses.

Hallmark Channel apparently feels they have a large LGBT viewer following as lots of their movies now feature gay scenarios. If their following is that great, why not create a Hallmark LGBT channel to accurately measure it? I'm sure they'd be grateful for a channel all of their own. Have they actually done any research to support gay characters infiltrating heterosexual plots? Did they ask current viewers how they feel about it? Some major research should have been done prior to making such a change in programming and turning off viewers (literally).

I am a huge Hallmark movie fan, however, it is often hard to hear what the actors are saying. Is it possible that they could have better quality microphones or perhaps better placement of the microphones. Thank you for providing quality movies that are wholesome and free of course langue and nudity. I am truly a fan!

Thank you for returning Golden Girls! I'm just upset that you are replacing I Love Lucy with Reba on weekday mornings. We oldsters (usually the ones up early morning) like ol' reruns such as I Love Lucy. I think Reba is a good country singer but not actor and in her show she's rude. But ok I can still catch one episode of I Love Lucy on MeTV along with watching their Dragnet reruns when I would be watching I Love Lucy reruns on Hallmark. Reba is made for your couple of hours air on weekends when nobody's home to watch

My mother and I were just watching: Christmas by Starlight and about 30 minutes into the movie one of the characters is revealed to be gay. We immediately turned the channel. This is the second time this has happened to us in the last week. (I do not recall the name of the other Christmas movie from a few days ago.) Anyway we will continue to turn the station anytime this agenda is pushed on us. If we end up turning the station too often, we will just stop tuning in.

Additionally, we had been at a Hallmark store and noticed a large selection of greeting cards for the homosexual community. We have stopped buying from your store. I do occasionally get Hallmark greeting cards when I am at the Dollar Tree, but I don't look for them specifically.

In the year we had, you guys couldn't of brought some normal to people life's with listening to Christmas music and the fire, decorations and the animals!Instead you have little house on the prairie on and lame other movies!Bring the yulelog back, give people something to look forward to!Have a Merry Christmas!I guarantee that there are a lot of families that sit around and listen to the YULELOG!Please bring it back!

On dec, 20, 2020 I purchase a holiday decorations, I thought that need batteries, jackie told me to plug it on electric wall. Decided the next day dec. 21, 2020 to return it! But was told by the salesperson (mina) who was very rude that there was no return or exchange on any seasonal item. I am a long term customer, I have never heard or seen a final sale. There are also no signs posted in the store. Today the cashier saw me with a bag on my hand and she said (no return and exchange should be on any season items.) she said, look for my bill that I have never read any posted for all the years that I do go to the hallmark stores.

The music is louder than the voices. I lost a good deal of my hearing while serving in the military. I have hearing aids which i get tuned up once a year. They cannot be tuned to seperate the music from the voices. Could you lower the back ground music at least a few db on your movies. I watch halmark and life time several times a day and both channels have the same problem.

I have watched Hallmark movies for many years and have purchased several movies. I looked forward to watching movies that were non-political, and represented traditional morals and values. I am one that does not want to watch movies filled with cursing every other word, sexual content and political hot topics. I can watch this on 99% of the channels 24/7. Hallmark used to be my refuge from all of this. It is especially bad that Hallmark decided to become more "progressive" in 2020. A time when people were in most need of refuge from the politicization of everything. Instead, choosing to alienate its core audience and longest supporters (the people that kept you in business for so long) in order to push a political agenda.
This is not just about the pandering to the LGBTQI activists/community, but the fact that your channel only aired Democrat political ads and many of your new actors/actresses are ardent supporters of "progressive secular liberal"policies. Talk about outright bias..where was the inclusiveness? Did you think your core audience would not notice?
The addition of LGBTQI story lines does not make you inclusive especially how you create a non-essential side story of a gay or lesbian couple just to look inclusive or add an exuberant gay actor just to fill a quota (because this is how your attempt comes off), but it adds nothing to the main content of the story. Oh and by the way, there are many of us who are not homophobic (as many state in rebuttal to these complaints). We chose Hallmark channels specifically to watch traditional movies (as these are few are far between these days). What about representing heterosexual and traditional values that millions can relate to. Again, we can watch LBGTQI focused content on almost every television show and/or movie made today.
Furthermore, the new 2020 Christmas movies are horrible. The story-lines have become empty and devoid of any Christmas attachment (i.e., love, hope, tradition and the true meaning of Christmas). Its apparent that in the quest to be inclusive and secular, Hallmark has thrown out the essence of what the Hallmark brand and movies achieved for many years and "claimed" to represent...American traditions and Christian values. Lets not mention the really poor acting and repetitive story-lines. This is a Lifetime channel/movie trademark and why I quit watching Lifetime many years ago.
True resolution would be for Hallmark to make a public declaration proclaiming they are part of this new progressive, secular "woke" culture and will now longer represent Christian or traditional American values. Be honest and transparent..make an announcement on your stations so viewers are aware of your new direction, political affiliations and biases. Just don't be surprised when viewers leave and are upset (like many are doing now). See what happens to your brand, core audience and future existence. You will get support in the short term; as this looks politically correct and progressive, but this small audience will leave you. You are just another notch on the "woke" culture belt.
