So, I stumbled upon this place called Hairplusbase, which seems to be located somewhere in China. I recently got my hands on two products from them, but boy, am I regretting it now. I'm currently in the process of trying to return these items, but the problem is, they're not responding to any of my phone calls. It's like they vanished into thin air or something!

Let me tell you about the hair piece I bought. The net on it is so light and visible that it looks absolutely horrendous. I mean, seriously, it's a disaster. And here's the kicker: their website clearly states that they offer a full refund and even cover the shipping costs. But guess what? They haven't even bothered to return my email. I've been shopping with Hairplusbase since 2014, on and off. They can send some pretty thick wigs, but the color is never what I ordered. I spent a whopping $850 on two full lace wigs. One was a custom Chinese remy in color #8 silky straight, and the other was a Peruvian light yaki in color #27. Can you believe they both arrived together in just about two weeks? I mean, come on, that's supposed to be custom!

But here's the kicker, they were both the same color - a reddish blonde. And let me tell you, the light yaki wig was a mess. It was all matted up, dry, and brittle. It felt like someone had burned their hair while perming it, you know, overprocessed. The so-called #8 wig looked alright, but it definitely wasn't Chinese hair, and it certainly wasn't color #8.

So, I reached out to them to let them know that both wigs were not what I ordered. I told them I'd keep the silky straight one, but I wanted to return the matted mess of a Peruvian wig. And you know what they offered me? A measly $100 to keep the wig and color it myself. Like, seriously? I don't know any salon that would color hair for just a hundred bucks, but that's not even the point here. The point was that I wanted a full refund for the matted wig I was returning.

But guess what? They got all indignant with me and said it would be better if I just kept the wig and took the hundred bucks back. Can you believe that? They couldn't even bother to send me a return shipping label. Instead, they said they would refund the shipping cost along with the wig price once they received the wig.

Well, let me tell you, I've had enough of their nonsense. I'm going to do a chargeback on them, and I vow never to do business with them again. They've lost a loyal customer, that's for sure.

What you gonna get ain't nothin' like what the picture shows! The hair comes way shorter, lookin' all ratty and tangled. There's different colors all over the supposed dark brown, with red hairs mixed in, and it's put together real poorly and cheaply!
