However, I have to be real with y'all, I was not too happy about the $20 shipping fee I had to pay even though I'm in the U.S. I mean, come on now! I convinced my bestie to also hop on board with ONYC Hair and she shelled out $40 for some 2-day shipping (yes girl, $40!) and wouldn't you know it, the package didn't show up until like the following Thursday! And the kicker of it all is that UPS tried to deliver the package when we both were at work so they had to take it to a UPS location where we both had to go pick it up and waste our gas and time! And when I got there, UPS had the nerve to tell me my package wasn't gonna be ready till Monday (say whaaaat?) And here I am wondering to myself, why are we paying for shipping when we've already paid hundreds of dollars for the actual products themselves? Why wouldn't ONYC Hair offer free shipping to keep us coming back and spending more of our money?! This whole situation left me disappointed and unsure if I can put up with this kind of rigmarole again...

I first heard about ONYC Hair through my sis and she was a total convert! She was always raving about how their hair was such a game-changer and always said my previous wigs were totally unnatural.

I was also surprised at how beautiful the texture turned out after washing it. It was so stunning and gorgeous. I was amazed that the hair didn't tangle much and shed very minimally – a major plus! I even ended up making a custom wig out of it, and as you can see in the photos, it looks amazing even after just a few days (I gotta admit, it looked better the first day lol)!

I just wanted to share my experience with ONYC Hair. I've ordered clip-ins before, but this was my second time ordering from ONYC Hair. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The bundles were so small that I couldn't even do half my head with just one bundle. I ordered the permed/straight 7 weft, which was supposed to be Mongolian Hair, but the bundle was so thin it looked like just 1 weft with some clips-ins stuffed in it. The bag it came in was smaller than my hands! I was really hoping for more, but unfortunately, they do not offer refunds, so I was out of luck.

If you're considering ordering clip-ins, and you want them straight, make sure to order 4-6 bundles, and be prepared to spend around $160 each. That's a lot of money, and it's important to make sure you're getting what you pay for.

In my opinion, it's just not worth it. I'll be going back to BetterLength Hair and ordering more of the ones I already got. I had 220 grams of hair in my bundles, with 7 clips, and it filled my head and then some with just one bundle. I made a mistake trying to look for better quality hair, when in reality, BetterLength Hair has excellent hair already. It just wasn't worth the extra money for less hair. I won't make that mistake again.

Yo, so I wanna talk about ONYC Hair. I copped some kinky curly hair from them, but when I got to my stylist's chair, it turns out that they sent me Tight Kinky Curly hair instead. And let me tell you, that stuff was a nightmare to comb and deal with. So I tried calling their number, but all I got was some dumb recording. I sent an email and finally got a reply the next day. But get this, they basically told me that if I removed the foil wrapping on the hair, then it's VOID. Like what kinda BS is that? They wouldn't even give me a label to send it back or let me return it without their stupid label. I sent them multiple emails explaining that this was the most expensive hair I've ever bought and that I really wanted to love it, but they didn't even care. They had the nerve to tell me that I must have ordered the wrong hair and that it was my tough luck. Like, seriously? ONYC Hair thinks they can just brush off their dissatisfied customers like that? Nah, man. I ain't never buying from them again. Oh and word on the street is they'll give you credit for a good review, but won't do a damn thing for a bad one. So take that as you will.

I gotta say, I had high hopes for ONYC Hair when I placed my order. But when I received the product, I was pretty disappointed. First off, the photos on the website are totally misleading. The models have obviously layered in additional hair to achieve the desired look, but this is not made clear in the product description. And honestly, who has time to measure hair tracks? The curls on these wefts are tighter than 3b and 3c curl patterns, and that makes it the perfect blend for my hair. I paired it with a closure and made a custom wig with it - and let me tell you - it looked fire!

But you know what they say, with great hair comes great responsibility. So, here's how I take care of my ONYC Hair:

First, I use sulfate-free shampoos when I co-wash them, which I think is crucial. It doesn't dry out my hair, which is a plus. I only wash the hair once in a while to increase its durability, and I moisturize it like I do my natural hair.

I don't use heavy oils on the hair, since my kinky hair doesn't like that too much. This extension is low porosity, just like natural 4c hair, so it's always better to use oils like olive or argan, instead of heavy ones like castor.

After washing, I always recommend leaving the hair to air-dry. If you use heat methods, the hair will end up getting frizzy - trust me!

The curls on this hair are incredibly tight, so I don't advise using the same brushes you use for straight extensions. The curl definition can end up getting ruined, and nobody wants that! Sometimes, I finger-comb the hair or use a Patene brush when I deep condition it.

If you're getting this ONYC product for the first time, I advise you to go with two packs. Trust me, two packs are a lot fuller than you think. If it's not your style, you can always get more, but start with two and mix the textures if you can.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from ONYC Hair. They truly have some of the best hair extensions on the market, and their kinky wefts are just amazing. So, if you have kinky hair like I do, you should definitely give them a try!

I spent a lot of time looking for a legit company that provides good quality hair at a decent price and ONYC Hair caught my attention.

However, after spending quite a bit of money on both clip ins and bundles, I can confidently say that I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The clip ins arrived and I was shocked at what I received. Sure, the quality seemed good, but they took a single track of hair and cut it into 7 small pieces, some of which were less than an inch long, and charged me a whopping $150! I can't even begin to comprehend how these small pieces of hair could be worth so much money. To make things worse, my daughter was planning on wearing these clip ins for her graduation next week, but they barely cover her forehead. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated that I spent so much money on such a minute amount of hair.

I haven't even received my bundles yet, but I am already planning on returning them without even opening them. I paid $600 for them and if the clip ins are an indication of what I can expect, I don't even want to bother. I feel cheated by this company and I regret giving them my hard-earned money. I don't recommend ONYC Hair at all, and to be honest, I don't even want to comment on the quality of the hair, as all I have is a single bang's worth of hair.

If they had provided decent quantity, price, and quality hair, I would have been a customer for life, but unfortunately they fell short, and now I am scrambling to figure out a new hairstyle for my daughter's graduation. I even fluffed out the hair as much as I could in the pictures, but my daughter has so much hair that it swallowed up the tiny amount of hair I received. ONYC Hair is a complete waste of time and money.

In conclusion, if you're thinking of buying from ONYC Hair, please don't waste your time and money. It's really not worth it.

This hair ain't too bad, honestly. It ain't holdin' no curls very well though, that's for sure. And don't even get me started on the shedding - it's way too much. Ain't nobody tryna be leavin' clumps of hair all over the place. But, you know what, it's alright.

To be honest, the bundles did not seem like 3.5 oz, which was a bit frustrating. I have purchased hair from other places where 3 bundles were too much for my head and I had to use only 2 1/2. But in this case, I was still left with spaces in my install which was ridiculous!

I think ONYC Hair needs to work on improving the quality and the quantity of their bundles. It's not cool to be wasting people's money like that. I expected more from them and they didn't deliver. Shame on you ONYC Hair!

I was drawn in by the gorgeous photos of their 18 inch light relax hair and eagerly awaited its arrival. When the package finally did arrive, I was excited to wash and deep condition the hair, preparing it for its first wear.

To my utter disappointment, the hair started shedding, tangling, and matting up excessively from the very beginning. I couldn't even comb through it without entire strands pulling out in clumps. The once beautiful locks quickly turned into a tangled mess, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Even the bottom six inches of the hair were completely thinned out, detracting from its overall appearance. The worst part was that all the strands were different lengths, making the hair look even messier and more shredded.

I was hesitant to return the hair, as ONYC's policy is no returns, only exchanges, and the added expense of shipping made me hesitant to go through the exchange process. To make matters worse, the customer service rep I spoke with had an attitude, making the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, my experience with ONYC Hair was a total letdown. I highly recommend that you avoid the same mistake and look elsewhere for quality hair products.

Onyc hair is a brand that I have heard a lot about, and I was really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as I had hoped. I am not sure if I received a bad batch of hair, but it did not meet my expectations.

On the positive side, the hair looked very natural and blended well with my own hair, which is something that I always look for. Additionally, it did not tangle, which was a relief because I have had bad experiences with tangling hair in the past.

However, the cons definitely outweighed the pros in this case. The biggest issue that I had with the hair was excessive shedding. I am currently on my second installation with this hair, and I will not be able to use it again after this because it has started to thin badly. I have had to cut 3 inches of the hair just to make it last through this second installation. I noticed the shedding right away and reached out to the company via email. They asked me to take pictures and collect the pieces of hair that were breaking off, but with my work schedule, I simply did not have time to collect all of the hair that was shedding onto my bathroom floor.

Another issue that I had with the hair was the price. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a product that did not meet my expectations. In my case, I do not think that this hair was worth the price.

Finally, one downside to this hair is that it only comes in one shade of dark brown. This limited selection may work for some people, but for others, like me, it may not be the perfect match for our natural hair color.

Overall, while I did appreciate the natural look of the hair, I do not feel like I got my money's worth with this product. I cannot recommend it based solely on my experience, and I hope that the company takes steps to improve their product quality in the future.
