Nobo Corporation

I bought 2 hairpieces from NOBOCORP for $783.70 on 4/2. I got them on 8/17, but they were too small. I've been a customer for over 11 years, and the last 4 units I got in the last 2 years were perfect. This order was based on my last order, but it was clearly a mistake by the company and no quality control inspection before shipping it to me. I talked to Charles, an employee, on 9/29 and 10/5, and he said a manager would contact me. I sent consecutive emails, but NO response. I sent the units back on 10/4.

of January but I still got the wrong color hair piece. Not happy with the service and won't be ordering from them again.

I got a hair system from NOBO CORPORATION in Florida in May . I asked them to rush it because my old one was in bad shape. Before, I got my orders in three months. In July , I emailed them to ask about my order. They said I would get it by August. But in September, I got a system that was too small. I sent it back and asked them to hurry up. I sent them my old system and $30 for more hair. But I haven't heard from them since. I think NOBO is not doing their job and I want my hair NOW. I sent emails to their Nevada address. I bought a hair thingy from Nobo Corporation on 11/3 and paid $447.47. It came on 3/16 but the color was all wrong. I called them up and they said to send it back for checking. So I did. Then they e-mailed me asking what was wrong. I e-mailed back saying the color was too grey. They e-mailed me again asking for more details. I told them to compare the original color request with what they sent me. But Fanny from customer service was asking me to describe where the grey was too much. She had the thingy with her, so why was she asking me?

I sent my hairpiece to Nobo Corporation for a refurbishment, but it's been 15 weeks now and I still haven't received it back. Communication has been a bit iffy. They were supposed to have it repaired by June 7th, but that didn't happen. Fannie emailed me saying it would be another 7-10 days, but I had to wait longer. I sent a few emails, but didn't hear back until June 22nd when Kristin, the office manager, emailed me. She said she was talking to higher management to figure out what was going on and would get back to me that day. I told her to call me, but I haven't received a call yet. I've been patient, but I have to go back to work on July 1st and they haven't shown any urgency even though they promised I'd have my hairpiece in time.
