we have purchased a 2 ton capacity haier multi split air conditioner model no- AS122BMMAA SERIAL NOS- KDH0403143/45 IN MARCH, 2006. IN THE YEAR 2009 OUR HAIER SPLIT WAS BURNT DUE TO ELECTRIC PROBLEM. WE COMPLAINED TO THE CORPORATE CARE AT DELHI AND WE WERE GUIDED TO THERE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE NAMELY COOL POINT. THEY CHARGED US HEAVILY BUT INSPITE OF THAT OUR MACHINE DID NOT WORKED PROPERLY. WE COMPLAIND SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY ALWAYS GIVE AN EXCUSE AND PASS THE TIME. WE ARE VERY AMAZED OF THE POOR SERVICE GIVEN TO US BY SUCH A REKNOWNED COMPANY. WE HAVE ALL CONCERNED DOCUMENTS WITH US. IF NEEDED WE CAN PRODUCE THE SAME.
