I saw their number on one of their advertisement, gave them a call and arranged for them to come and give me their cost, i got the best quote ever, Good demo before roofing, answered all my questions no problem professionally and got satisfied before their work. The work was done on timely manner. Exellent job. Thank you Canada Exterior and Interior for your quick and well done roofing. I recommend these guys to others too.

Product so far has been great, but the customer service side of things is awful. They charged an amount on our credit card without authorization and told us "Good luck, getting it back." We had to constantly follow up and call to get them to finish their job and clean up the site. When workers returned to clean up, they didn't stop complaining about their experience and wished they'd never come here in the first place. I would never recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience we have had with H. Rogers Enterprises! The sales guys were giving out good information & the whole process has been very professional. Roofers did a great job & the customer service is outstanding. Jane at the office always returned my call & is very helpful. The selection is wide & the fact that they give 50 years warranty on my roof (transferable when we sell our home) on labour & shingle, is reassuring. I will definitely recommend this company to many.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the members of Canada Roofing, as you can with a roofing company. Knowledgeable and flexible. Explained the options thoroughly, with samples, and met me in the evening after work for a talk and very respectful of our lifestyle choices during covid protocols. The installers were thorough and cleaned after themselves. Very friendly and made the alterations requested without question. We will definitely have 'the boys' back and recommend them to everyone we know.

We signed a contract on July 31. We were told 7-10 days before they could start. We called on the third week of August and asked when they would be starting. We keep being told they will be starting this week or next week. They had the shingles delivered August 25 and charged my credit card. I cannot speak to the quality of the workmanship since the shingles are still in bundles on my roof. So far I am not impressed. I would not recommend this company at this time. I will write another review when the roof is completed.

I was looking for a roofing company to replace my old roof. Got several quotes and different warranties and workmanship from many companies. Comparatively, Canada Roofing is the best one for Quote, Warranty & Workmanship. NEVER ROOF AGAIN FOR 50 YEARS! We can read this in the contract document. I got the best price and the Material Warranty for 50 years. Amazing! I am happy that I found Canada Roofing. Roofers are very efficient, I observed them when working. They did a great job for my house and garage. Highly Satisfied! I truly recommend Canada Roofing to everyone.

We are over the moon excited and pleased with the service and product we have received from Canada Roofing. After having a house fire they worked with us and helped us get our roof repaired and placed in a very timely manner and the price was very reasonable and comparable. We highly recommend this company. There product is hands down amazing and a 50 year warranty means we'll never have to replace our roof again in our life time. Which is huge. Not impressed with this company at all. I've tried to get a quote but it seems almost impossible. I had a no show then a call and hour after they were to be here saying they were coming in another hour. Had to reschedule for her to come and explain things to me for a half hour. Things sounded great and couldn't wait to get my actual quote. The appointment was set. 1 min before the guys was to be here I get a call that he had a dental emergency and he's not coming. Again set up another appointment to get a call the day of to reschedule again. 3.5 weeks later still no quote. After this experience I wouldn't even trust them to show up to do the job.

The new rubber roof I had got done look real good and the roofer staff were very fast professional and were on task the whole time they were here for two days . Took shingles off in half a day. Left because new shingles were not delivered tell that afternoon and they come back early next morning and was done by noon and they were great keeping all old shingles in the big bin they ordered. The sale Person was very informative of the product they offer and Head office was very nice and pleasant to talk to and very professional and got back to you right away. I recommend Canada Roofing to everyone who needs a new Roof. Thanks to all the staff. Laura

We had a number of quotes, this one was right in line with costs for other products (even slightly less than one of the quotes we had). H. Rogers Enterprises was great to deal with, and we received exactly what he told us we would. This product looks so much better than the other products (asphalt shingles) that we had received quotes on and the warranty seals the deal - 50 year warranty! You can't find anything on the market that is better! The roof looks amazing, H. Rogers Enterprises and the crew arrived when they said they would, roof was complete in one day and everything was cleaned up after they were done. We are extremely happy with the results, and would recommend H. Rogers Enterprises to anyone!

I contacted this company for a home/garage quote thinking I could only afford asphalt shingles, they quoted a very fair price for a quality product, better than just asphalt, they use a rubber/asphalt shingle, the actual skeleton of the shingle is rubber as opposed to the typical tar and felt. The quote for this better shingle came in around the same price for typical tar and felt, no brainer to go with rubber/asphalt. H. Rogers Enterprises and his team showed up a couple of days after we signed and gave deposit. H. Rogers Enterprises and his team are amazing! They were able to do a complete tear down and re-shingle all done same day, cottage roof on house and double garage. H. Rogers Enterprises provided pictures in progress so that is a very good sign of good workmanship. My husband and I are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend this company!

I've been in the contracting business for years but never the roofing side. When it came time for my house to be re-shingled I shopped around and found these wonderful people sold a rubber based shingle just what I wanted including a 50 year warranty. Perfect. So contact was made the sales call happened and we waited for the day to arrive. The collection bin arrived the next afternoon the crew showed up, well let me tell you the professional attitude from this crew was awesome they were constantly doing clean up not a nail or piece of felt was left behind was the most well oiled bunch of people I've ever witnessed. My house is 1100 sir feet so to the biggest house in Edmonton but I figured they would rap the roof in a tarp to finish the next day boy was I wrong. From start to finish they were 3 hours incredibly and my roof is awesome we are so pleased the neighbours were all surprised with the time and the results. Thanks to the crew the company reps and any one else involved outstanding job

Had Canada Roofing do our shingles about six weeks ago and although we were satisfied with the quote and installation phase, we were unfortunately met with leaking (into garage which was recently dry walled) after the first big rainfall of the season. The owner was attentive and came out to assist but used a Band-Aid solution without having it properly assessed/inspected. I have yet to have someone come and properly take care of this, even though I've contacted him a few times. I do recommend this company if you get the same installation crew I did…they were respectful and did a good job of cleaning up. But I'm now facing a possible problem with leaking in the future which makes me think that they were also not as efficient as they should be. This isn't cheap. And I think some companies forget that…we as homeowners are forking over A LOT of money to have peace of mind and a better return on our investment. The end result didn't really give me either of those in my opinion. Hopefully they read this and reach out to resolve the issue.

I called the company, within two days a sales representative showed up already prepared as they requested my address and completed the satellite measurements so knew the amount of roofing that was required. The sales rep had samples of the shingles, explained the warranty process, what was included and completed a detailed quote. Once I decided to use Canada Exterior & Interiors giving them the go ahead and to do it within whatever timeline was good for them, as I wasn't in a hurry, the supplies and garbage bin were delivered within 3 days and the job completed within 8 days of having the quote! The roofing team that attended were way better than I expected. The team had the old cedar shakes off and a new roof installed in just over a day and a half. The installers were all professional, courteous and kept things very clean. Tarps around the outside, one area of the roof torn off and then when that area was done the area was cleaned up. Didn't see anyone waste time, no one on their phones. The installation team was efficient, effective, polite and professional! No issues with getting the warranty paperwork as it arrived 6 days after the install. No issues with registering the warranty and the company reps followed up with a phone call to see if there were any issues after the install. It was a better experience than I thought it could be. H. Rogers Enterprises is highly recommended.

Canada Roofing installed rubber shingles on our roof two weeks ago and we love how it looks. The two man crew did great work and did what the sales rep promised. However, getting to the point of having them installed is another story completely. Once we committed to the project, communication ceased. We were told that we would hear from H. Rogers Enterprises in a couple of days to establish a firm timeline for loading of the shingles onto the roof and the installation. Allowing for poor weather and it being the busy season, we were quite patient about not receiving a call at first. Papers were signed on July 7 and then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. No call, no text, nothing. Almost a month later I called the office to speak with H. Rogers Enterprises. Not available - please have him call. Absolutely was the receptionist's response. No call back. I call again. The receptionist tells me she will call him and ask him to call. She didn't give me his number though. Convenient. Still no call. I drove to their office for a personal visit. No front building access - a leather store is at the address listed. A sign says access to business is from the back alley. Ok. Strange to put it mildly. I walk around and open a door that says Canada Roofing with a sign posted on the door stating that interviews are conducted at 2:00pm sharp, not 2:05 or 2:10. Stranger yet. I open the door to find a messy shop with some roofing samples and someone's private speed boat parked inside. No reception area, not a soul to be seen. Found a set of stairs leading upstairs so proceeded up. Empty offices and then a blocked doorway leading to a staff only area. At that point I left the building feeling very afraid of what kind of company this is. Someone I know had the owner's personal cell phone number, so after not hearing a word from H. Rogers Enterprises, called H. Rogers himself. Told him I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and apparent lack of caring about follow through. Gave me excuses about scheduling, weather and such. Told him that I fully understand that things happen - but whatever the reason, the need for communication is paramount. Finally on July 30 the shingles were loaded onto the roof. H. Rogers promptly arrives that same day to collect the 50% deposit and runs immediately to the bank. The cheque cleared the next morning. Again we wait. Friday, August 14 the roofer crew arrived and got busy tearing off the old shingles and installed the shingles on the garage. They didn't finish the house that day. They arrived early on August 16 (Sunday) to finish the job. Great job, very happy. Would NOT recommend this company for the lack of customer care. 50 year shingle guarantee? Not worth the paper it's written on - they won't be around in a few years, never mind in 50 years. Guarantee is only as good as the company.

Honestly don't know where to start with these guys. A guy cane to our house with a flyer and we believed he was probably a scammer. He was a very off character. As soon as he left I called to verify the number on the flyer. Thankfully it check out. Ok then here we go. H. Rogers Enterprises, one of the owners showed up and gave a great sales pitch. I believe H. Rogers Enterprises was very genuine and knowledgeable and was completely honest. Unfortunately his company didn't back up his great speech. First off they were six weeks before they started. They said 5-10 days. There was weather restrictions so this was not entirely their fault. However, never got one call from them or couldn't get ahold of anyone to find out what was going on. Terrible customer service. It was busy season so ill give them that. Finally the big day came and the shingles show up. But wait...the shingles are just the delivery company(which is their contractor so in my opinion their responsibility) and they decided the throw everything in the back yard instead of on the roof like they are supposed to. I called Canada roofing and they mentioned some guy retired and they have been having troubles with this contractor since. Again, not my problem. Surprise surprise another delay. Then the big day had finally come. They showed up to put the shingles on. Oh but wait, their contractor didn't tell them the shingles weren't loaded so they couldn't do it. They had to come back to load them. ANOTHER DELAY. Then the big day came again (of course on a weekend we wouldn't be home, again not their fault but Murphys law) and the shingles got installed. We get home from the lake and are met by our neighbor who complained about the worked leaving trash wrappers all around and they had blown into his yard and his kid had to clean it up. THAT HAS TO ALL RIGHT? Nope. I do an inspection and find nails all around the house, bags in my flower beds and gutters full of nails. And there was paint scraped off some of the flashing, obviously from the work crew. H. Rogers Enterprises bragged about their clean up. So again I called and expressed my displeasure. The other owner contacted me and said he will come take a look. He came and was a very nice guy and he cleaned some of the nails from the gutter. But he mostly just bragged about how good the company was and did nothing to make us feel better. Didn't offer any sort of compensation. I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING, THIS HAS TO BE ALL. NOPE. THERE'S MORE. One of the big sellers for us was the 50 year transferable warranty that can be transferred to the new owner if you sell the house. Guess what, I have talked to three people now. Text the owner a couple times and finally today threatened to give a bad review because its been 3 months + and we still don't have our warranty. I would give these guys zero stars if possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND H. Rogers Enterprises. One of my neighbors in the neighborhood asked who I used and I said "I wouldn't recommend them" END RANT. Oh, I got the warranty.

I had My roof replaced with this company and have had to keep calling for every little thing that needed to be done. Now that the job is complete I have been trying to get my warranty from them and have been calling and asking for about a month. I am either Ghosted or told this is A guy named [Name]'s task. I just want my warranty as I paid good money to these people and have been treated very poorly by them. They were all very nice until I paid the money then ghosted me. Their sales guy [Name] was also rude calling me ornary after I had tried calling him about 10 times and being told today or tomorrow for my eavestrough downspout to be put in and never showing up. 5 times he did this. [Company Name] Enterprises.
