Had gutter covers put in by Cronkhite Home Solutions back in 2014. Unfortunately, they weren't installed properly. Been trying to get it fixed, but they keep having problems with their staff.

ryan and his team did a great job! they were very courteous and professional from start to finish. cronkhite home solutions will def be at the top of our list for future projects! we would confidently recommend them to friends and neighbors interested in getting work done on their homes.

I gotta say, Cronkhite Home Solutions really came through for me with these windows. From the start, everyone I talked to on the phone was super helpful in getting everything set up. There were some hiccups with things being stuck on boats, but they managed to get everything installed just in time for the cold weather. And let me tell you, Ryan, the guy who did the installation, was a total pro. He did some great work. All in all, I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I spent over $40,000 on my home with Cronkhite Home Solutions and found some shoddy work. There was construction debris in my gutters, blocking the flow of water. I called and complained, but they took a message and said they would get back to me. I have since called and texted them multiple times, but they never got back to me. Recently, I noticed paint peeling on screens and shutters, and the color fading. I called and texted again, but they took a message and never got back to me. The salesman told me that if I had any problems, all I needed to do was call and they would come out and fix the problem. I even sent letters to the CEO, but got no response. They lied, took the money, and ran. The construction was poorly done and cheap. They didn't inspect my roof and wanted to put new roofing over old. Another roofer looked at the roof and said parts were badly damaged and the whole roof needs to be replaced. Don't trust these people.

Great experience. Garage attic insulation job corrected the excess heat problem we had inside the garage as well as the bedroom above it. The agent and installers were friendly courteous and easy to work with. The finished project looks great and was completed on time.

We signed a contract with them, paid our first installment, and haven't heard from them ( and yes I've been calling/texting, etc with no response) in 5 weeks. The work was supposed to happen within 3-5 weeks. Sorry we hired them and will be following up legally...do not hire this company! Bob

Cronkhite did an excellent job in building our deck. It only took a couple of days after the footings were put in that the deck was completed. They were very prompt every day until it was done. The workmanship was superiorly done. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. If I had a question they would take the time to explain. I would call on them for anything else I needed to do. Thanks again!

They put in windows that were supposed to open from the bottom and have Obscure Glass. I had it in writing on the original form they gave me. The first time they put the windows in, they opened from the top and weren't tinted. I'm too short to open them that way. They replaced them again. The second time, they were Obscure Glass, but they still opened from the top. They wanted to give me $300 to leave them as is. The last time they put them in, they finally opened from the bottom, but the glass is clear. They want to come out and put plastic frost on them. That's not what the paperwork says. It says Obscure Glass, not plastic. It's not my fault that someone doesn't know how to order the right windows.

I signed a contract with Cronkhite Home Solutions to re-deck my deck with cedar decking material. The contract included cedar rails and black metal spindles, as well as new stairs to ground level. The last item on the contract was a 2-year workmanship warranty. However, I have some complaints about the installation. The decking was laid improperly, with the growth rings facing up instead of down, causing water to pool on the surface. The spacing between the boards is haphazard and varies from 1/8th to 5/8ths of an inch. The joins between boards also have gaps ranging from 1/8th to 1/2 an inch, and some boards were sawed at a crooked angle, making it impossible to join them properly. Lastly, the top railings were replaced with pine lumber instead of cedar. Overall, the workmanship was careless and sloppy.
