The manager - Sally - is VERY nasty. We broke down with 2 disabled children and my disabled husband in the vehicle. She shouted at us about being broken down on the property - like we chose too. She came out several more times to have a pop at us. Including shouting through my children's window that we couldn't leave the car outside - again, it wasn't our choice.
They also refused to let my 4 year old and 7 year old use the toilet - despite the fact I had a 7 year old unable to walk far on my back I was told to walk down the street in 32° heat. I cannot carry him that far whilst holding a 4 year old on an A road! No human kindness AT ALL

Desired outcome: Apologies and she should be taught how to be a human being!
