Kindly help me to know whether this mail received regarding lottery is True or fake, I understand it could be true, However the Sky International Courier Services, is asking to send the delivery charges in Advance I'm a little reluctant about sending the money in advance, I don't mind sending the money exactly when the parcel is received, Is there any other way I am ready to complete all your formalities however, Please help me to know, how could I rely on it whether courier would reach to us safely or the check received is not fake.
