filled my tank and purchased an $18.00 car wash at the Drum Hill Chelmsford Gulf location. The machine told me my receipt was inside - complaint 1. The door was locked and they guys were rushing around, I stood outside for about 10 min. - complaint 2. The car wash is down even though I was charged - they refused to refund me - gave me no number to call or no name - complaint 3, 4, and 5. Absolute armature hour. Not going back. I want my car wash money back immediately.

Desired outcome: money back. Receipt is in the car but I will provide info when someone reaches out to me.
