**Subject: Complaint Regarding Missed Flight and Lost Baggage – Gulf Air GF0176 & GF0248**

Dear Gulf Air Customer Relations Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the serious problems I experienced during my journey from **Jeddah (JED) to Dhaka (DAC) via Bahrain (BAH) on 16 August 2026**.

My booking details are as follows:

* **Passenger:** Miah/Mohammed Lebul MR
* **Reservation Code:** ABVWEH
* **Airline Reservation Code:** ABVQU (GF)
* **Flight GF0176:** Jeddah (JED) → Bahrain (BAH), scheduled departure at 05:20
* **Flight GF0248:** Bahrain (BAH) → Dhaka (DAC), scheduled departure at 10:45
* **Ticket/Receipt Number:** [protected]
* **Baggage Allowance:** 35 kg checked baggage and 6 kg cabin baggage

Despite having a confirmed reservation and the required travel documents/boarding pass(boarding pass and hand baggage a staff forcefully take from me two girls and harrase me), I faced a problem with my flight connection and was unable to travel as scheduled. In addition, my checked baggage has been lost/misplaced and has not been properly delivered to me.

This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and financial loss. I request Gulf Air to urgently investigate:

1. The reason my flight/connection was missed despite my confirmed booking and boarding documents.
2. The current location and status of my checked baggage.
3. Immediate delivery or return of my baggage to me.
4. Reimbursement/compensation for any reasonable expenses and losses caused by the missed flight and baggage loss, in accordance with the applicable passenger and baggage policies.
5. A written explanation of what happened and the steps Gulf Air will take to resolve this matter.

I have attached my **travel reservation** as evidence of my confirmed booked and itinerary. I am also ready to provide my boarding pass, baggage tag, passport details, receipts for necessary expenses, and any other documents required for your investigation.

I request that this matter be treated as urgent and that I receive a written response as soon as possible.
