Scam artists, I booked a hotel room from Cancun Mexico for April 30/2026 on what I thought was the hotel website for Sheraton Hotels. The advertised price for the room was $4468 MXN which at the time converted to about $369 CAD which is the usual price for this hotel. I find out later that my credit card has been billed $753 CAD which is a ridiculous price for this hotel. Contacted Guest Reservations to attempt to find a resolution but my message was ignored.

Claimed loss: $353

Desired outcome: Refund of the amount I was scammed
