Guardian Litigation Group – What a rip off! Bad business.

My experience with Guardian was alright until my final payment. I started this program in 9/16/25, as I understood the the program as explained. Guardian take your debt and they negotiate on your behalf a settlement. once you join the program you start paying twice monthly until there is enough to make a payment. Get this my debt was 49,884 81 with three different companies. As they get a settlement they notified you and if you agreed they move on to the next one. I always asked the question if there is any penalty for early paid and the answer was always no. My settlement happened between Feb and April. As time went on I asked for a payoff for two of my accounts I paid them off. the third account I asked they said it will take about 2 weeks to work on a pay off. when the finally got back to me the figure was as much as I had settled the account for even though I have been paying every month. I keep asking the question this is it the answer was final. Three days after they are telling me I am still owning them. how can this be right they are robbing poor people.

I have spoken to a number of reps and a supervisor and this have not been resolved as of 8/29/25. I need help because I have no more monies to pay them.

This company need to be investigated. Help! Help!
