GrowAce.com I have like many others ordered there products , they take their payment but have not shipped my product

I have like many others ordered there products , they take their payment but have not shipped my product. The website said 2 to 7 days. Then I get an email saying its 10 business days, its now been 12 business days and still no notification that my order has shipped. I would never recommend this company to anyone and wish I had read the reviews before I had ordered. What terrible service.

Finally I got fed up and had to request twice for the company to canceled the order. Now I have to wait (not sure for how long?) for the refund to show up in my bank. What a shady business!

I didn't received my item and they contacted me in June to see if i had received the item, when i told them i had not received it they sent me an email that they were working on it. It is now July 23, two month since my order. They no longer answer their phone and i want to have my money refunded. This seems like a fraudulent business.

GrowAce.com I can't even put into words my frustration with this company

I can't even put into words my frustration with this company. I received an incomplete order (totaling almost $500, a big purchase in my books) IN APRIL, and sent them all of the info on the missing pieces and I was assured my corrected order would be shipped out right away. I didn't hear anything for weeks, and when I finally asked again, customer service emailed be back and THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HAD TAKEN NO ACTION TO CORRECT MY ORDER, even though a whole month had passed... I am so livid. Here we are in June and this was an order placed in early April. I have tried to call their support lines and speak to someone, but it doesn't even give me the option of waiting hours to speak with someone, it just says they are only doing email support right now. BUY YOUR SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE ELSE!

GrowAce.com Disappointing Experience with Growace's Pollinator: Cheaply Made and Won't Turn On

Got myself a Pollinator from Growace, but man, what a bummer. This thing won't even turn on, no matter how many times I tried different battery setups. And let me tell you, this thing feels like it's made out of the cheapest plastic out there. The parts are barely holding together with some shoddy glue job. I was really hoping for something better, but this was just a huge letdown.

GrowAce.com Disappointed with Growace: Poor Product Quality and Limited Satisfaction Guarantee

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Growace. I ordered a Yield Lab 6 Inch 440 CFM Air Duct Fan Vent System with Built-In Fan Speed Controller for 90 bucks, and after only 45 days, it stopped working. I was pretty bummed out, especially since their 120 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE only applies to their lights and tents.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping at Growace again. It's a real shame, because I was excited to try out their products and see what they had to offer. But if they're not willing to stand behind their products and offer a guarantee that covers everything they sell, then I don't see the point in giving them my business.

Overall, I'd say that if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy source for your growing needs, you might want to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other sites out there that offer better guarantees and customer service, and I think that's what really matters in the end. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Growace to anyone who's serious about their growing game.

GrowAce.com Growace Review: Disappointing Products and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, Growace is a real disappointment. I was all excited to get my hands on some of their products, but they never even bothered to send it to me. I tried calling them up to cancel my order, but they just gave me the runaround and hung up on me. And to top it all off, I still haven't gotten my stuff!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's just a waste of time and money. If you're looking for a reliable company to buy from, you're better off going somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did and get burned by these guys.

I mean, it's not like I'm asking for the moon here. All I wanted was some decent products and good customer service. Is that really too much to ask? Apparently it is for Growace. They don't seem to care about their customers at all.

So yeah, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually know how to do business. Don't waste your time with Growace.

GrowAce.com Terrible Customer Service Experience with Growace - Stay Away!

So, I ordered a grow light from Growace on September 6th, 2020 at around 3:30 PM. But, I made a mistake with the voltage of the light and realized it only an hour later. So, I quickly sent an email to cancel the order at 5:30 PM. But, let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. I have not received any response to my emails, and it's been a while now. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I mean, what kind of service is that? It's just not right. I feel like they are trying to cheat me out of my money. So, I would suggest that you stay away from Growace. They are definitely crooks, and you don't want to deal with them. I'm warning you now, so you don't have to go through what I'm going through.

GrowAce.com Growace Review: Total Scam! Terrible Customer Service & No Delivery After a Month

This website, Growace, is a total scam! I was so excited to order a co2 monitor on November 17th, but it's been almost a whole month and I still haven't received it. I've been given all sorts of excuses, from COVID to system failures, but I'm not buying it. The only thing that's failed here is their ability to tell people the truth about when they'll receive their orders.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they never respond. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience.

I would never recommend Growace to anyone. They're just a bunch of scammers who take your money and never deliver on their promises. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So, I ordered some stuff from Growace, but they only sent me part of my order. But, they still charged me for the whole thing! I tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. Now, I don't even need the rest of the stuff, but they won't give me a refund or send me anything else. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to pay a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs, even though it was their mistake!

Yo, so I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Growace. I placed an order like two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Like, what's the deal, man? I tried reaching out to the seller to see what's up, but they didn't even bother to give me a reason or a timeline. I was just left hanging, feeling all anxious and stuff.

After a while, I just couldn't take it anymore. I decided to cancel the order altogether. But now I'm stuck waiting for the refund to show up in my bank account. And who knows how long that's gonna take? It's like, come on, Growace, get your act together!

Honestly, this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle and the stress. Plus, it seems kinda sketchy to me. Like, why can't they just be upfront and honest with their customers? It's not that hard, right?

Anyway, that's my two cents. If you're thinking about ordering from Growace, I'd say proceed with caution. Maybe they'll improve their service in the future, but for now, I'm not impressed.

I mean, they say they'll ship your stuff out right away, but then you look at the fine print and it says it could take up to 2 weeks! What's up with that? And when I tried to call them to get some answers, it was a total nightmare. They put me on hold forever, and when they finally did pick up, they were super rude and unhelpful. I even heard them laughing about it in the background!

Honestly, I wouldn't trust these guys to deliver my order if my life depended on it. If you've already placed an order with them, I'd recommend calling your credit card company ASAP and doing a chargeback. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

Growace is not a good place to shop. They are dishonest and misleading. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. I placed an order and after two weeks of silence, I sent an email asking for an update on my order status. The items I ordered were said to be in stock, but after 20 days, there was still no shipment. I doubt that the items were actually in stock. My order was for two small items, so it shouldn't have taken this long to ship. It's clear that customer service and satisfaction are not a priority for Growace.

GrowAce.com Growace Review: Decent Quality, but Potential Issues and F Rating from BBB

So, we decided to give Growace a try and ordered some stuff that was supposed to be in stock. They charged our card right away, but then the order just sat there for five whole days with the status "processing". We tried calling customer service to see what was up, but couldn't get through to anyone. It's pretty frustrating when you're trying to get some grow gear and the company you're dealing with seems to be dropping the ball.

We did a little digging and found out that the Better Business Bureau gives Growace an F rating. That's not exactly confidence-inspiring. We're not saying that you shouldn't shop here, but you should definitely be aware of the potential issues. Maybe they're just having a bad day, or maybe this is a pattern of behavior. Either way, it's something to keep in mind.

All that being said, we did eventually get our order and the stuff seems to be of decent quality. So, if you're willing to take a bit of a risk and deal with some potential headaches, Growace might be worth checking out. Just be prepared to be patient and persistent if you run into any issues.

So I called and emailed them to let them know my shipment didn't show up and to find out when I should expect them. No ANSWER EVER! NOTHING, JUST SILENCE AND PHONE TRICKS!

i had ordered two packs of black nitrite gloves on may 21. after three inquiries i keep getting the robo e mail about how busy they were. finally recieved a package on june 22,2020.there was one box with gloves and one empty box. plus they were not the gloves i had ordered. they were blue mulit-purpose gloves. tried to get a response from them and all i get is a robo email about they been shipped and recieved. i would either want the money returned on my card or send me the right FULL order! not happy about being ripped off!

I ordered an item on 2/12 after contacting the company to make sure they had the item in stock. As of 2/18 i had not received any shipping information, so I called them and was told it had not been shipped yet, but the individual would contact the warehouse and get the information and call me back. The next day,2/19, I did not get a call back, so I called again and was told that it still had not shipped and they had emailed the warehouse but had not received shipping information. I told them I needed follow up the next day by phone to let me know the tracking information for the shipment. I was assured I would get a call back. That was 5 days ago and I have not received a phone call or email with any additional information. I have been on hold with them again today 2/24 for 20 minutes with no answer. This item is $244.54. I think they are giving customers the run around and they don't seem to have any issues taking customers money and not shipping the items.

I ordered Garden stakes..I was supposed to get them Sept 19. They never came. tracking showed still sitting at a fedex facility. I called for over a month the customer service line where they gave me claim number after claim number telling me i had to wait for fedex to finish the claim. This is not my fault i paid for the item and requested by then to resend another set or give me money back. Still told i had to wait. i continued to check and went to voicemail no one ever answered. Tracking says delivered sept 25 2020 and thats not true! im still fighting for my money back as i dont want ANY of these fools product! Please help

GrowAce.com I should have come here first

I should have come here first. I purchased a grow kit. I was missing several items including- the grow light! Yes, I had to call to get the light (or A LIGHT) shipped. So basically, they sent me some dirt and a tent. Ridiculous. Now, that I've received a light that sells for about 400 dollars less than the one that was listed as included with the kit. Oh, and here's the kicker, they removed their phone number from their website and the number I used when I had to call to get a light shipped doesn't work anymore. Beware, buyers. Right now, I'm continuing going back and forth with them via e-mail which seems to be answered once every three days. All I ask for is what I paid for. Too much?

GrowAce.com On 5/11, I ordered a box of gloves from this company

On 5/11, I ordered a box of gloves from this company. The company sent me an email for the tracking number with FedEx which is *** On 6/3, the package was delivered. I have attached my order confirmation that shows the address I requested to have the item shipped to. The item was supposed to be delivered on Addison, TX. Per the tracking, it was delivered to The Colony, TX. I don't know who caused this mix up (if it was FedEx or Grow Ace). I also attached the email conversation, I had with Grow Ace. I requested a full refund. In their response, they advised me to file a police report and they opened a claim with FedEx. I did confirm with FedEx that the claim is open. However, in my email to Grow Ace I requested a full refund. I no longer want this item. I already had to wait a month to have it delivered, when it was delivered it was sent to the wrong address, and I don't have the time or patience to wait another month for ONE BOX OF GLOVES.

GrowAce.com Unfortunately, I looked at reviews and ComplaintsBoard.com reviews of this company after placing my order

Unfortunately, I looked at reviews and ComplaintsBoard.com reviews of this company after placing my order. It seems that for years, that this company is known for charging your card immediately and never sending the product. They are skilled at giving the run around via the friendlies at customer service. I have finally disputed the charge on my card, as I have only received lip service, not the order for $289.58 that I was charged for and told that would be shipping immediately. A word of caution, their website currently shows these items in stock and available for order. This seems to be a common thread in the reviews, however no one ever gets their merchandise. They are not truthful. In addition, during this time of Covid-19, they have raised the price the gloves that attempted to purchase April 4th (and was told that they were in stock and would ship immediately) from $17.00 a box to $24.95 a box (on sale for $19.95). During this time of Covid-19 and small businesses suffering greatly, they have charged my card and only give the run around when I call.
