If you make a mistake and forget to enter a field, the software just throws away all the data you've already entered, including your credit card information. Also, ProSolar is not shown on your Manufacturers webpage, which can be confusing for those who are specifically looking for their products.

I had to change my order, as I was not willing to pay the outrageous shipping charge for just one R-136 rail. I understand that shipping heavy and long items can be difficult, but Zoro.com has figured out how to ship these items halfway across the country and offer free-of-charge shipping on all orders over $50.00. I know you're a lot smaller, but you're losing business because of this problem. It would be great if you could find a way to offer more affordable shipping options for your customers.

On another note, please remove an account you have in my name under my email address. I don't have the required password, and I'd prefer to destroy the account record. It's important to me that my personal information is kept secure, and I don't want any unnecessary accounts floating around.
