Work was done right and quick. Contractor was very professional. They did a great job fixing up my place after some water damage. The guys were friendly and easy to work with. His crew, Dom and , were very considerate of our home, cleaned up, and answered any questions or concerns we had. *** is very good at what he does and very helpful in giving us guidance and answering questions. I can't thank Gateway Restoration enough. My roof leaked last week and Adam came out in less than an hour. The humidifiers were delivered and the drying process started that afternoon. These guys are pros, top-notch, and know a lot about restoration issues. I want to thank Adam, Louis, Nate, Nick, and Dustin for taking care of my ceiling and making me feel like I was in good hands. It's been a week and I've already told 3 friends not to call anyone else. For restoration needs, make one call. These guys are the ones to call.

Gateway Restoration helped us with a flood in our bathroom in January 2022. They took out the carpet in the living area, demoed half of the bathroom, and demoed the wall in the dining area. We paid them half of the $3,244.12 to start the work on April 15th. They were communicative at first and completed some of the job, like replacing the carpet in the downstairs living area and closet, putting the wall back in the closet leading to the bathroom, and putting the wall back in the dining area. But when it came to the bathroom portion, they couldn't get us on the schedule until the end of May, after nearly 5 weeks of phone calls and emails. They said they couldn't match the tile, which was surprising since they didn't mention it earlier. Gateway asked if I could help get their supplement approved through insurance, which I did. But it's now August, and we've been without a bathroom for 7 months. We're a family of 6, and we've been operating with 1.5 baths. This has taken a toll on my mental health, my relationship with my wife, sister, and mother. We expect Gateway to let us out of the contract and refund us any money due to the lack of communication, failure to complete the job, and unethical business practices. We feel like we were taken advantage of, and we've lost valuable time with friends and family. This experience has jeopardized our relationships.
