I made two transactions with Groupon October 4 of 2023.

1 I bought a skin cleaning treatment with Krystal. The place was two hours round trip from my location.

I received an email from Groupon with confirmation of place, time and service.

Arrived at Krystal before the time set, she was not there. When she arrived, she said I had no appointment. I showed her my email. She said she never confirmed that appointment. That she had complained to Groupon and she never received my money. So she had nothing to do with the confirmation and services were provided. If that is true, why I did lost two hours driving and 30 minutes between parking and waiting and discussing with her?

She canceled the appointment. Groupon sent me a message apologizing I did not like the service. Refunded my money after 10 days. What about my fuel tank? What about my time? Refund the money is not only Groupon responsibility. Groupon is liable of paying my expenses for selling lies and misleading customers, while they get our money into their accounts with an excuse that it takes 10 days to processing whatever, gaining profits on top of our losses. Unlawfully.

Desired outcome: Payment of my expenses. My fuel tank.
