I rented a car from them thru Priceline and paid online total cost of the rental. When arrived at rental location they added $270 extra fees in order to rent the car. I refused and requested a refund which I never received.
Also, I had to pay $50 for transport to and back from the location.
This company is a total scam and should be stopped from being able to conduct business in the USA immediately.
I'm filing this complaint in order to:
1. Receive a full refund of $54.42 for the rental confirmation #4KHAF4
2. Receive a full return of transportation to and from the rental location in the amount of $49.15 (24.95+24.20) I can provide receipts for.
