I booked a tour package and received nothing but automated replies — no real assistance, no explanations, and no responsibility taken. The company completely failed to communicate, ignored customer concerns, and provided zero clarity regarding refunds or the services that were promised. No proper service was delivered at all. This was extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. I would never recommend Sun International to anyone looking for a reliable tour operator.

Recommendation: Worst experience ever with Sun International.
