On 10.11.2018, i took grab from kulim to penang airport. The driver request me to go a place to send the cat. I said, u can go if u can send me to airport at the right time.i found that he went a bit far to send the cat.finally i was late to reach the airport and unable to check in.Because of this i have to buy boarding pass to the nex flight and also waiting here for another 3 n half hour.because of your grab service, i waste my money and time.i want customer service to reply asap. Tq.
