Im writing to complain that whenever the drivers have not reach the customers' destination, they already clicked that they have arrived. I understand that Grab recently impose a fee for the customers which do not meet the Grab driver within 5 minutes. If the driver clicked that they have arrived, but in the exact situation that the driver has not arrive yet! So how can the customer hop on the ride? It is so unfair to the customer!
