Government Employees Hospital Association I got some probs with GEHA and *** Bank

I got some probs with GEHA and *** Bank. The customer service is whack and I ain't happy with my *** account. GEHA picked *** Bank and it's causing a lot of drama. I talked to GEHA and they said they know about the probs, but they keep picking *** Bank anyway. That's messed up 'cause GEHA HDHP peeps can't choose another bank. GEHA needs to take responsibility for this mess.
