I talked to James on 1/31/22 about getting botox for my face. He said it would be good for me and we set up a consultation for 2/15/22. When I got there, I filled out some forms and met with James again. He said I would need multiple treatments to see results and suggested getting filler instead. Jen A came in and said it would cost $3765 for 5 syringes of botox and filler. I said I didn't want to pay for that much and declined. A said I could use the credit for future services. Before the treatment, I told A what I wanted and that I didn't agree to 5 syringes. She didn't show me what she was using and I don't know how many syringes she used. I didn't see any results and was charged $3400 for 5 syringes that I didn't agree to. I talked to the billing manager Kim but she wouldn't give me a refund.
