Item is completely different from what they described!
Packaging obviously shows that it's a fake product.
Product is faulty as well, cannot even use at all.
Obviously a scam.
Even attempt to make me pay for the delivery fee when they obviously stated is free of charge.
Refuse to communicate with me after I've received the goods.
Horrible service!

I totally agreed with Ymanlow post on 02 May 2020. I place an order for 2pcs of the above mentioned beautifying machine. I also saw a FB advertisement regarding a facial massager, click the purchase link & it linked to a online store website: goodstoshare.com, in the their website it claims the product made in Taiwan, have a lot of good review... selling price is RM379.80 for 2 which exclude shipping fee of RM35. Total I paid was RM414.80. I placed my order & made payment on 04/06/2020, the payment transaction is via ipay88. There wasn't any confirmation email. Luckily I screenshot my payment details and try to track my goods after a weeks of waiting but unable to... Hence, I email the customer service. Finally a personnel by the name of Huiling Chow replied me mentioned that the order is confirmed & it will take around 16-21 working days to be delivered. Today, 18/06/2020 finally I received the parcel... when I open it, I was extremely shocked & disappointed! I am a frequent online shopper & this is really my first time felt cheated and disappointed with the goods purchased... somemore is not cheap but the price I paid for is really damn not worth it! The facial machine pack in a funny pink carton box, with no label, no manufacturer stated, nothing... inside with one plastic (looks cheap and fake - it's so light exactly like a toy massager!), with a usb cable, that's it. No brand, no user manual.

I was extremely disappointed & really felt cheated! it's totally different from the item they shows in their website. Spend RM 414.80 and get rubbish toy from them... I also try using the facial massager but was faulty, couldn't used at all... best part was on the delivery slip it indicated the items as STATIONERY - PINK and the price are SGD $30! WHAT A JOKE, FALSE DECLARATION!

Lesson learn, never NEVER ever trust those fb online advertisement... Purchase it at your own risk! U WILL SURE REGRET! I should have read the feedback from here before placing my order...

Saw a fb advertisement regarding a facial massager, click the purchase link & it link to a online store website goodstoshare.com, in the their website it claims the product made in Taiwan, have a lot of good review...selling price is about RM189.90, then have some serum claims from Korea...I order it & make payment on 31/3/2020, the payment transaction is via ipay88, there was no email send by them to confirm the order after payment made. After two weeks, email / watsapp/ messenger them no reply, about 3 weeks later finally reply with a very short message says my order confirmed, then provide with a tracking number. They says item will arrive following weeks, but after a week.., no thing received. Follow up with email again., , slow reply, the tracking number was from pos Laju, saw them sending out on 24/4, after several times I chasing them...finally I received the parcel after a month...when I open it, I was so shock.., , the facial machine pack in a funny carton box, with no label, no manufacturer stated, nothing..., inside with one plastic (looks cheap and fake, like a toys massager ), with a usb cable, that's it. No brand, no user manual. I was really angry.., .and the serum they send, cost rm79 per box...claim it from Korea...but not a single word on the packaging was korean word, it made in Chiba, looks cheap, and it's totally different from the item they shows in their website. Spend rm380 and get a rubbish from them. Message the seller but no reply, ask for refund, no reply...the facial massager was faulty, couldn't used at all...

Lesson learn, never ever trust those fb online advertisement...

On18/10 I bought above products via online and paid money via online. However, until today, never receive slimming gel. I tried to contact them via whattapp phone and e mail so many times but no answer and no take action for send again the gel. Only fitness shaper received on 26/11. They told me they had send gel but I never received any message from post office after they said had send second item(gel).
The first time they delivery, they send to my address also miss to add ‘Blk 1' but luckily the post officer contacted me and received shaper but no gel inside box
I send e mail to their company last time about correction of my address and their staff showed received message but still no correct the address and no send the gel again

I bought an item online from Goodstoshare (Skin Fix) on Oct 10, 2019 but still not yet receive the product till now, I email them ask why take so long and he gave me an tracking no. rr191897367my & the link for tracking, but the link is fake and never can go into it, then I email them & ask why again 10 days ago, he told me the web is under repairing, but till now still cannot find out the answer from web and I keep email them but no reply anymore, I just want to share my experience to those people who want to purchase anything from them, please hold and don't do it or your money will coming to nothing, they are really bad and dishonest

On 29/9, I bought something from this online store. Before purchasing the item, customer service was helpful and respond promptly using Messenger.
After paying, the response became very slow. On their website, it says very clearly that tracking number will be given to customers once product has been sent. But I had to ask a few times in order for them to provide me with the number.

On 11/10, the item arrived. But I found out it was faulty. So i wrote to seller, but no response. I even emailed the email address ([protected]@goodstoshare.com) provided on the website. I also wrote an enquire here (https://goodstoshare.com/pages/contact-us-1) on their page, but no one replied.

So on 17/10, finally seller responded. This is what she wrote:-

Those infor. above do not exist. The contact no. is not in service. But I still sent it there.

on 19/10, the item actually arrived at ABX, but the staff there did not accept the parcel cause they don't provide such service anymore for this online store. So the parcel was then returned to me. I had to pay for the delivery fees ! Seller did not respond until...

On 25/10, seller finally asked to send to this address:

Again, seller gave a phone number that is not in service. This time, seller promised to return the 2 delivery fees to me and would insert the money in the parcel. Btw, I had to pay 2 delivery fees. The parcel then arrived safely on 29/10. Seller took it and didn't get back to me. It took so long for checking. I kept messaging seller, but of no response.

On 12 Nov, the new parcel arrived without informing me. When opened, no delivery fees/ money inserted inside. Seller has been very very bad in service. This is the far most terrible experience.
DO NOT BUY anything from here !
