I have requested service technician because of constant spooling They came out yesterday and I thought it was fixed however it's still happening I am a baseball fan and am unable to watch a baseball game on MLB I pay over $30 for access to this channel today I am unable to even connect and previously when I did get access it was constant spooling when internet was checked it said router needed to be updated because of slow download speed. When I called back yesterday they told me the equipment was working fine Then they told me they would have to charge for additional service call so I cancelled the service call I am unable to get another internet provider here so have no choice except to use them.
Claimed loss: Service is unacceptable I can not watch a movie or a baseball game without being interrupted by spooling or freeze frame
Desired outcome: I need it fixed - we are not allowed to have another internet provider
