I placed an order #637390714. Once Received, I noticed that there were marks on both shoes. I have reached out to support and provided pictures and requested a refund in original payment method because I do not trust ordering from you, considering I purchased was supposed to have been already inspected before shipping. I just need someone to help make sure I am getting my money back and not credits. I have been reaching out since April 25th and Claraine O. sent 1 email asking for pics and has ignored me ever since. Soon I will be seeking other measures regarding CFPB Please have someone reach out.
