I ordered food while in train the food didn't arrived nor the money was refunded.
30th of October I ordered food from this app, then shortly after I received a phone call where the guy told me that the restaurants will not take cash on delivery as a mode of payment so he sent me a qr telling me to make payment online, but after doing all that the food didn't arrived at the mentioned station after I contacted customer care nobody responded properly, they all just hung up the call as soon as I mentioned I wanted refund and to this date no refund.
Claimed loss: Rs 482
Desired outcome: I want an apology for not answering and refund
