GMBShair.com A substitute order was sent to me.

Buyer Beware GMBShair is a dishonest seller.

I placed my order on 1-20-23, It is now 2-28 23 and I am still stuck with their substitute order. My order #466270 hair color #4 was placed on the GMBShair web site. They sent me color #KM30, a very different order than the color #4 on the GMBShair.com web site. So, I emailed them through their on-line inquiry form for an RMA so I could return this wrong order they had sent me. I got 3 acknowledgements that they got my emails, and would get back to me. But they never did. so, I emailed them again with my request. Again, I got no answer. The hair, on GMBShair.com is listed as 1D: 4-476270, and is NOW listed as out of stock. I truly believe that it was out of stock when I placed my order. But I had no way of knowing, I could only order a product as advertised. GMBShair.com delayed any response to my order for 10 days. So, I asked for a refund by email on their website. GMBShair instead of doing the right thing and giving me my refund, sent me a substitute order I didn’t ask for, nor do I want. Therefore, I asked GMBShair.com to send me an RMA to return their wrong order they sent me so I wouldn’t have to pay the $14.95 postage, and give me a full refund of my $144.94 they unfairly substituted. GMBShair never answered any of my many requests. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against GMBShair. GMBShair answered the BBB and falsely claimed I had not contacted them, and all I had to do was return the hair for a refund. They gave no mention of the shipping or restocking fee. Why should I pay $14.94 shipping fee, and a 25% restocking fee for their false advertising. I sent the BBB 2 copies of the GMBShair promises to get back to me, but the BBB said that GBMS had stated their position, and that the case is now closed. Not much help was given to me from the BBB. GMBShair.com is taking advantage of me to unfairly make money. I will never place another order with them. Beware!

Desired outcome: An RMA so I can return the substitute order GMBShair.com sent me, and a complete refund of the $144.94 charged to my credit card.

GMBShair.com Wrong item received

2/6/2022 I received the wrong wig, now customer service wont reach out to me and I know they wont because 2 days after I made the purchase online I contacted them 2 or 3 times about the shipping and they never responded. I advise not to order from this company. I will post on my you tube and tik tok just to make people more aware. Right after I contacted them the 3rd time I decided to look them up which I should have done before ordering and I seen all the bad reviews. I am still in the process of disputing with klarna about my purchase.

I received model model wig but the very last picture is the wig I ordered online

I spent way too much money to receive the wrong wig. I just want to send it back and get my money back...

GMBShair.com Order #469385

I placed an order with this company on 3/18/2021. I then checked on 3/31/2021 just to see where my item was. No tracking info was available so I called and e-mailed and asked for the status of my order. Later on that day, I was finally given a tracking number BUT it is now 4/13/2021 and my item still has NOT been received by USPS. My order #469385.

Desired outcome: I would just like a refund.

GMBShair.com Order: 466844

Ordered in December 2020, still not received it. Order never received, business has been contacted several times and still not sent
I brought an order on the 12/8/2020 (order number 466844) the shipping was international priority 6-10 days and its now been nearly 2 months. Since this time ive moved to a different address and I contact them numerous times to say has it been sent and if I can get tracking so I can contact a courier or arrange someone to be at my old address, they refused and lied to me saying its already been shipped. I begged them for tracking details 6 emails going unresponded, I then said I would make this complaint and that they were lying as the tracking they provided wasnt in transit and I contacted USPS who said they hadnt received it at all. They agreed to change the address and still nothing. The tracking theyve give (USPS - CJ457847390US) hasnt been sent theyve paid the label but since the 5th january nothing. I brought these wigs for a cancer patient who has since died its been that long! to lie several times, to ignore countless emails (23 I have found) to ignore the chat on their website and now when I try to call them all I get is being put into an already conversation about shopping they couldnt even hear me. Ive asked for the items to be sent for 2 months now and now I want a refund. They are not protecting their customers, they a fraudulent and they lie and they are failing and breaching all consumer rights, they let us down and I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere

Refund me or send me the items. Im sick of this.

Ive waiting 4 months for my order they continually lie and say its on the way, they've given me false tracking information and then other tracking information and I contacted the courier who said they haven't got it and its just a label created, they then said they sent it to the wrong address and they are holding hundreds of pounds of my money. Do not trust them...worst company ever!

GMBShair.com My whole Order was incorrect

I order from them twice the first time the sent half the order right but the quantity was right so I didn't make a a big deal. The second time they sent me the wrong order completely excluding one item, I'm missing a whole case of hair. It hasn't been a week and no that I've said I want a refund I'm getting no response. This company is clearly a scam DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM AT ALL

GMBShair.com horrible customer service

I'll keep it brief. I'm a business owner and don't have much time. I've been ordering from this business for 4 years now. They're the only distributor I can get a particular item from at this time. The customer service experience is less than stellar. You order a product and they consistently send the wrong item or less than what was ordered. Their excuse is always "it's out of stock" AFTER you've placed the order and paid for said product. No apologies, no sincerity, no email notifications or proper etiquette. They
make mistakes and take no accountability. Once I locate another distributor I'll be taking my business elsewhere

GMBShair.com Wig order delivery and customer service

I order a wig, Order #437374, and it was scheduled for delivery on 2/23/17; I paid extra shipping costs to get it on 2/23/17. UPS tracking noted that it was out for delivery. It never arrived that day. This morning on 2/24/17, I checked the tracking and there was nothing; it was as though the number didn't exist. I then contact GMBShair customer service to inquire. The Rep said UPS had an incorrect address, but the address had been corrected, and it was schedule for delivery today. Well, that didn't help since I was leaving for Memphis in a few hours, and UPS delivers late afternoons. My responses was how did they get the "corrected" address if no one contacted me for it unless it was entered incorrectly on the invoice and someone changed it to the original "correct" address. She said she called customer service and there was no answer, then tried to rush me off the phone by saying, "well it now has the correct address" but couldn't tell me the correct one. There was no attempt to resolve by offering a discounted shipping, coupon or some compensation. No empathy, just attempting to get me off the phone. Now, i'll wait til I get back home to see if it ever arrived. Poor customer service.

GMBShair.com Product shipped to incorrect address

Recently I purchased some fairly cheap hair color products from GMBS Hair. I purchased these products because I hadn't been able to find this color at the shop I purchase my hair products from locally and I'm partially disabled so getting around is a problem.

No problem ... I paid for them using Paypal. Today I learned that these products were shipped to an old address. Now, as for me -- I did everything right. I filled in the online order with my correct address. I indicated in the "ship to" location of the online order my new address. I immediately checked Paypal and no where is that old address. NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I suspect its embedded in a prior order that the company denies. Now in order to get my products I must pay for shipping again or a 30% "restocking fee". This is ridiculous I believe because I placed the order using the correct address and Paypal doesn't even show this old address. So where did it come from and moreover why am I being penalized.

This issue has been resolved. The company has agreed to re-ship items without further charge. The company still denies responsibility for the shipping error but after contacting Paypal by phone and verifying it myself, I'm sure this address is embedded elsewhere, not on Paypal. That is not to mention that I actually entered the ship to address as well. In any event, its been resolved via email in a very professional manner and I appreciate it..

GMBShair.com Bad buisiness

This is for management, of gmbs hair. Your company sucks. Your employees are rude. When you send e-mails to your company you do not reply and there is no other way to reach anybody ! So I went ahead and sent back my package back, for an exchange. And your company, instead of e-mailing me or call me, they went ahead and took money off of my credit card, without my knowledge. That is stealing, because they did not have my ok. Will never ever ever order from this company again. People be aware of this company !

GMBShair.com This is definitely the worst company ever

I purchased some products on june 8th 2011, for some reason the postal office didn't deliver it and the items were returned on july 8th to GMBS hair with the mention incorrect address. I contacted via email (since their customer service departement is only for sales) and they were extremly rude. They said since it was my fault there was nothing they would do to solve the matter.

After numerous emails on my part they agreed to ship back the items and that we would split the cost of shipping to which I agree. After 3 months nothing has been shipped to me, they have change stories now once again they will do nothing. On october 4th they wrote to me that they didn't have time to read my emails and that until the merchandise had reached their warehouse they won't do anything ! So in short I've been robbed of 250 $. This is definetly the worst company ever, they took my money and now are not willing to give me what I paid for.

GMBShair.com misuse of cc

I placed an order 01/23/2012. I received an immediate confirmation that the order was accepted and my credit card charged. I contacted the company 3 days later to find out when I should expect my shipment and was told my order was cancelled because the ship to was different than the bill to, which was noted when I placed the order. I then was told via e-mail that I should expect the credit to appear within 1-2 BILLING CYCLES. Completely unbelievable !

GMBShair.com 1st and last time ordering

I placed my order for a wig 06/25/2010 . I received a a tracking number July 6, 2010. I tried to track the package and it showed that it was the wrong number. I then called the company and they didn't give me the correct number. They said the package was sent back to them today. I said if that was the case why did yall send me a tracking number saying it was shipped and i called yall July the 1 to check on my order. Basically they were lieing they had the correct address it dosen't take that long to receive a order and I still have no idea when i will get it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !

GMBShair.com Don't give them your money

I placed an order with GMBShair.com on May, 1st 2010. I have given this company tons of business as I work for JET Magazine and have referred many people. I took notice that every time I would place an order (every other month for the last year) afterward the company would send me a coupon for money off. The coupon would be available for use right away and would expire always a month later. This would frustrate me as I would have preferred to have had the coupon at the time of my initial purchase and the following month the coupon would be of no good to me. After placing my $90 order on May 1st. Without fail 3 hours later a coupon for money off toward a purchase of $50 or more was forwarded to my email from GMBShair.com. According to the date on the coupon was available for use right away. I immediately emailed their customer service department, requesting that the coupon be applied toward the purchased I had just made no more than 3 hours ago. I was beyond shocked when the Customer Service Manager Jackie Donnahue responded to my email in a cold-less than friendly manner. Stating this "could not be done as the order had already been processed". There were no attempts made to satisfy me as a customer or apologies. I responded that I'd like to cancel the order although Jackie Donnahue responded belittling me by stating that "I was unethical as there "cancellation policy" clearly listed on the website states there will be no cancellation on any orders". I was floored at the terrible the customer service and to think I had given so much of my hard earned money as well as referrals to this company. I responded that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau however this didn't seem to phase Jackie Donnahue in the least in fact she continued to insult my intelligence by sending 4 more emails in which she stated "that if I felt really really badly about the discount of $5 I missed out on that they'd be more than happy to send my another coupon for my future orders"! In addition she made sure to let me know that the owner of the company wouldn't be available to hear my complaint and the CFO was out traveling. I have since decided to file complaints regarding this company with several websites and was shocked to find more complaints about them on-line about their rude behavior. I have succeeded in getting the word out and will continue to warn people to shop elsewhere. There's a recession going on but it seems GMBShair.com has more business than they need. As they don't seem to care how rude they are to customers which is the glue that holds their company together!

GMBShair.com Merchandise never sent - rudeness

On june 6th 2011 I purchased for 250 $ worth of products via their website. The products were shipped to me in Canada but the postal service could not delivered it because GMBSHAIR made a mistake on my address and added an extra 'R' on my street name. On july 8th Canada Post returned the items. Since july 8th GMBSHAIR has refused to refund my money AND to ship back the items ! Every time I send them an email they answer that it is not their fault if I mispelled my street name although it is not my fault !They don't offer any solution to the problem just blames and more blames . Even if I indeed it was my fault it still doesn't justify that after 4 months nothing has been shipped back ! One of their email dated july 12th stated that they agreed to ship back the items but that since that they have changed their stories . I've written to them 11 times already to no avail . It's been 4 months since I placed the order I'm out of 250 $ and still have not received anything. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, they have zero customer service. I feel like I've been robbed !

I ordered from company on August 26th 2019 and today September 5th 2019 I have not received my items. Just run around after run around, I will never in my life buy from them again. I brought 407.88 worth of merchandise and still this morning waiting for my items to be delivered. I got fed up and filed a claim with Paypal. I am going to make sure I get my money back. The best thing to do is to make sure you use PayPal for everything.

GMBShair.com The person we spoke to should have been terminated from her position immediately for her behavior

I placed an order with Gmbshair.com.. The order showed to have processed when I received an email saying the order was accepted. However four days later I still had not received my package. This would have been fine except for the fact that I had paid an extra $50.00 for "next day air". (The initial order could have cost less than 10 dollars)

That was not the problem.

I contacted the company to see if the order was on its way only to find out the order had never even been processed and was just sitting there.

The person on the phone (Jackie Members) was extremely rude stating "you should have paid attention". I explained to her that I received an email saying my order was on its way. She then claimed that my order had been canceled because the shipping address was different from the billing address.

If this was the case, the company could have contacted me to let me know so I could at least verify it. They never contacted me. I had no emails from them saying that my order had been canceled. They also had several of my contact numbers but never called any of them.

Again, this was only half the problem.

My final complaint is with the actual company itself and how they handled the matter. The person on the telephone was extremely rude and at some points even insulting my husband and saying we were just "[censor]in' about [censored]".. and she was being very unprofessional. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor or a manager and became verbally abusive before hanging up.

Immediately after the phone call we noticed a new charge on our credit card. For the order that was supposedly canceled.

So my husband called the company again and attempted to cancel the order but again they refused to cancel it.

(We had to cancel our credit cards because of this incident)

My husband and I are also business owners so we understand that no one is perfect and all businesses can run into problems at times. But no matter what kind of incident occurs verbal abuse should never be tolerated.

The person we spoke to should have been terminated from her position immediately for her behavior. And I have yet to speak to a manager or supervisor of this company.

Hello, i recently ordered a wig from gmbs, it was beverly johnson h 291 1b human hair. I have purchased from this company before and was pleased with the ordering, shipment and merchandise. I am not satisfied now, i ordered this product, and i received a different wig. It was vivica fox h291v 1b human hair. If i had wanted vivica fox i would have purchased it. I will purchase from other options in the future and not gmbs hair.D

Totally not true. Above statements are over exaggerated. I have been shopping with gmbs for over 5 years. they have sent my order EVERYTIME and VERY QUICKLY not to mention their excellent customer service. I LOVE GMBS. There are reasons if you guys were not treated correctly, I'm sure.

totally agree! rude not to mention i've asked several times for the CEO, President contact information. I think the whole thing is a fraud and I plan on doing the same thing, filing a complaint with BBB.

This company charges $9 for shipping and nine days after I placed my order, they still haven't shipped. I know this because I called asking for a tracking number and they didn't have one for my order. Instead, the lady on the other end gets all huffy and says she'll 'just cancel my order'. I'm suprised people can act this way in the middle of a recession.
