Chic Hair Salon

On 10/2013 I called Nadia The owner of the salon who was known as a good stylist for 3 hair appointments my mom, sister and me for my sister engagement party that was on 11/09/13.i got the 3, 4 and 5pm aptt with Nadia.on 11/09 my mom had an emergency that prevented her from coming to the salon so my sister called Nadia and asked her nicely to cancel the 5 clock appt.she replied rudely:where have you been all that time, you are calling today at 12:00pm telling me to cancel the appt? My sister was very surprised and upset but I said let it go.when we went to the salon around 2:47pm I just saw a volcano in front of me that was going to explode as a welcome.i asked her do you have a book for your styles she said yelling:you canceled an appt and you want a book too?you should bring your own picture with you!that was in front of all other hair stylist and customers.i can tell you the situation briefly but there is not enough space.we felt very miserable by the unfair and rudely treatment that obviously was a revenge of our cancelation.plus her purposely bad style in shape and quality made us looked bad in our sister engagement plus we didn't feel good about it.she didn't pay any attention to our hair plus she doesn't have a stop sign in her mouth traffic.she finished us in an about 30 minutes each.the appt was supposed to be an hour, but 1:30 hours got wasted by her talking her daily report(cooking, going out, kids..etc)in her cellphone and leaving a salon every 2 minutes to talk in her cellphone too but outside the salon now.after she finish her phone call and gossiping about other people, she start asking too many personal and private questions about my life, if it wasn't my cultural rules, I would have told her that it is not your business to hurt my feeling by asking me for my divorce.when my sister asked her indirectly about how she can handle and control the phone and a customer hair same time, she said yelling:well if you don't like the way I am you can leave, yor are texting too, and kept arguing...etc
