My wife ordered some cat food tp be dlivered to our home at the addrress below. It is a remote area and she paid for delivery. We receoived a notice from GLS that the parcel wpuld be livered to Lalinde NOT our home as we had requested.
We discoverd that the order paper had been changed against our wishes to the pickup point [30 minutes drive away in Lalinde]to make it look like we had requested that the box be delivered to a pick up point. [documented evidence for this] We would never have done this as we live in a remote area and it is very costly and inconvenient to pick it up form a pickup point.
We have not received any recompense for the inconvenience or delivery we had paid for.
We tried calling them but noone answered .
GLS changed the order , took money from us we had paid to them for delivering the item to our house .When we picked up the item, there had been a lot of customers complaining about them .
GLS had dleivered the item on behalf of ZOOPLUS [ a good firm] which we can no longer trade with due to pour experience with GLS.
Desired outcome: The person who delibvered the box to the pickup point needs to be investigated
