After a disaster choosing another hosting provider for our server and having over 2 weeks down time on and off for 1 year, we complained and requested some sort of credit on our account and were told to leave within 7 days, so we contacted Glowhost and they came to the rescue with out of this world support, they identified a small glitch on the server we ordered and after 20-30 mins the issue had been resolved, if you want a descent managed server look no further.
