I made a reservation through globequest for cabo and they screwed it up so i have been trying to cancel my reservation in cabo for 9 days now. they want $175 cancellation fee even though they are at fault for booking wrong location. i have been trying to ask them politely to waive the fee with them telling me they need to get confirmation from the hotel (casa dorada cabo real) after 9 days i said i would pay the $175 cancellation fee to get my $1100 back. now they tell me i need to wait for a supervisor to call me for this process. When i try to explain to them, i get "yes sir i do understand and i am sooo sorry" over and over again. this company is based out of florida with several spanish people working there. please read reviews on tripadvisor and the better business bureau before getting in a plan from them. trust this review!
I was scammed and paid for some the resort, which didn't exist
I am a scuba driver and couple of months ago the company Globequest Travel Club. They offered me the membership for their club and offered some discounts for the future orders. So, when the time came to use their membership, I found out that they didn’t have resorts in Caribbean Sea and all their offers were fakes, ande they wanted to get money from me. Guys don’t trust these people and better check all details before you book through this company.
