We were charged 499.00 for infrastructure upgrade. Unapproved and we tried to dispute. After a month they declined to credit us. I asked for proof of approval and what specific upgrade we received. I was emailed a contract and told to review #18. The contract is unclear and confusing. If you are not an attorney you would not understand that they could charge what they want. If that is what it really says.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE!! LARGE HIDDEN FEES
