Order number [protected] originally ordered on the 6/12/22 for a Christmas present. I ordered a 20inch solid white gold chain to go with the white gold shamrock. I was sent a 18inch silver chain. I returned this and still after numerous emails I have not received what I paid for. The customer service is shocking. Email after email. Days waiting for a response. And im still waiting for my chain…. It’s disgusting

I have been in contact with Glencara since the 1st of December regarding a chain that kept getting stuck on the pendant - when trying to disengage the pendant, there is tugging involved - I don't want to break the chain on a $500+ necklace that my husband bought me in April. They had me send photos and then return the chain with a tracking number. I did that and uploaded a picture of tracking info - it was received in Wilmington, DE on the 12th of December. The representative told me she would expedite the chain once received. It is the 4th of January (and at least 5 emails later) and I still haven't received my chain. It shows as "delayed' on the 14th of December and it hasn't moved from that spot since mid December. Rep told me to check with USPS about the delay when they were the ones who shipped to me. I tried to call the 800 number and was told to email. This has drug on long enough and I'm beginning to worry if I will ever receive the chain.

Picture of the tracking info of the return chain is attached -has looked the same for 2 weeks - chain is "stuck" somewhere since the 14th and meanwhile I have no resolution.

We place an order for the Irish cladding ring prior to Christmas 12/22/2022 and on their site it said it would arrive before Christmas. We also paid an additional $8.99 to them for expedited shipping it's now January 6th and I've been going back and forth for automated email stating that it's on its way they created a FedEx label for it and I pulled FedEx and they told me that this company is famous for creating labels and never shipping items. I also went which I should have done first on to the BBB better Business bureau they rank them an f if you see their reviews they are horrible they are stealing people's money and if you happen to get an item that you purchase from them, it is not the item that they advertise it's disgusting what they're doing. Dave literally made millions of dollars off of scamming people, I have all the proof. I have screenshots of a live agent I was trying to talk to and she abruptly shut down the live chat as soon as I ranked it with the low score and now has blocked me from trying to get on to speak with the live agent when I go on the button to press contact us. Please, please everyone stay away from this site, they are liars and scammers to the fullest. I have all my proof and it happens to be that I'm not the average customer's so I am going to take this to litigation I'm taking it to the news I suggest everyone who has been scammed by them do the same thing make enough noise to have them shut down and to have consumer affairs investigate them so we can all get our money back.

I ordered an engagement ring at the beginning of December which I spent approximately €1300 for which arrived late as I was informed the emerald didn’t meet their quality specifications. When I did receive my order the poor quality of the jewellery was apparent. I brought the ring to a reputable jeweller and gemologist who pointed out that the ring did not carry the Irish Assay Office hallmark which is standard for all jewellery in Ireland. The jeweller also informed me upon examination that the rings casting quality was poor as well as the finish and was also hesitant to say that the stones present in the ring were in-fact legitimate. I paid for heirloom quality which arrived looking cloudy and nothing like the images advertised on the Glencara website. The jeweller said that the stone could in fact be agate a common look alike to emerald. I was told that I had paid far above the value of the ring. They also informed me that they had never heard of Glencara and that most of these products would be manufactured abroad in Asia. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this company and am of the belief that they are a fraudulent operation. I’ve screenshots of all conversations on the live chat as well as emails sent which were often not responded to. I am now seeking a full refund for my purchase. I would discourage anyone from ordering off this site who refused to provide me with a contact number to speak to management.

I have tried reaching out multiple times and no response. The only information the tracking provides is “shipped”. I don’t even know who the carrier is. I ordered this ring as a very special gift based on the “guarantee” that it would arrive by Christmas. It is know December 27th and again, no response. I spent over $1000 on a gift I have no idea when or if it will arrive.

Made the order 15 November and this only just arrived before Christmas, I paid for gift wrapping so didn't get to look over the item before passing it to my partner as a gift. The actual disbelief I got when she opened the ring, The ring is so uneven and so dull, there is no shine or sparkle to the ring after paying extra for the best diamonds. If they are actually diamonds who knows now. I have taken side by side photod of expected vs reality to compare the difference just a shame I can't post photos here as it really would put everyone off from ordering from this company. Will be sending this back for a full refund especially with the 60 day guarantee money back. Doubt they will honour that and will have to claim back from credit card

I purchased jewelry two crosses $1700usd. Promised could deliver before Christmas to Texas USA. Failed and ruined my Christmas. Cancelled order. Informed would refund my card electronically in 3 days.

No refund, not answering telephone, not responding to emails.

Initially ordered 2/10 priority shipping to Australia & advised delivery would be by 7/10 which was great because it was for a special occassion so needed it by 16th. Shipping advice stated del would be after the 16th. When item finally arrived it was an absolute piece of garbage that looked nothing like the photo's on their website. (check out my profile pic of what I ordered and what I got! See for yourself how crap it was) It was a rhodium coated mens ring & honestly looked like a toddler had done it. I was actually embarrassed to offer this to my partner as a gift! I complained & was offered a replacement. I was made once more to pay for priority shipping and once again it was not sent "priority". When the replacement came it was marginally better than the 1st one but still dreadful quality so once again I complained. They wanted a 3rd try at getting it right but there was no way I was prepared to do that and requested a refund. I had to pay (again) to return the ring and notify them when it was delivered. They then dragged their heals on the refund. I asked for the priority shipping x 2 to be refunded since they didn't actually provide that service to me as well as the ring. They refused to refund shipping offering store credit instead. Like I'm ever going to buy off them again! I then asked how much they would be refunding and when. They are crap at responding to emails often taking days and days and they beat around the bush not answering the questions asked! Finally received refund 16/12 but it's nearly $60 less than it should have been due to refusal to do the right thing and refund the "priority" shipping of the substandard product they sold me.

This incompetent company took my money in early November for a ring. They sent me the wrong size ring weeks later! I then had to send the ring back at my own expense which I have sent them a copy of the receipt for. They received my item by Royal Mail tracking 2 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me for my postage expenses or for the ring despite numerous emails to Megan their rude staff member

I placed order number [protected] on October 30th for $1800+ dollars US. $300+ of that was for three rings for my nieces for Christmas, one was a fine jewelry custom piece for myself. I received an email stating I would receive my order November 15th-16th. I did receive the three rings only to discover they were so small I literally had to use a magnifying glass to see the heart on the pieces (they are Claddagh rings). I replied to their request for a five star rating indicating my disappointment and asking when I might expect my custom ring and should I expect the same poor quality. (these things literally showed up in tiny plastic dope bags) they offered a 20% discount for me to keep the tiny rings or exchange for something different. I expressed my concern about the timeframe for an exchange, was told my ring would ship the end of the week (which would have been November 24th) and could she send boxes for the little rings? I advised I had already purchased boxes. We exchanged emails on November 18th with me accepting to replace the rings I was unhappy with, me asking how much I would need to pay for the difference, how to ship the ones I have back to them and requesting a shipping date for my custom ring. I heard nothing so started to reach o9ut to their online chat for customer service. I was repeatedly told that their "manager would email me", but not until I was told there was a problem getting in touch with the goldsmith, he had to make a custom mold because my hands are so big (I wear a size 10) and there's a problem with the mold. (Now I'm embarrassed and afraid my ring will be made in a sub par mold) Finally, December 4th: "Your emails went to my spam in error. I am very sorry for that, Please send me a link to the new ring and I can have 3 sent out to you" Nothing about my ring, nothing about what it would cost me, nothing about how/where to send the rings I had back. I replied with the link requested and waited. No response, no replacements, back to the chat, "manager will email, manager will email" when finally I got this email on December 11th: Hi Mary If you send me links to the rings you would like we will change them at no extra cost. Kind regards Maria. I sent the link again (second time), still had no idea what/how I would ship the old rings back and no idea when my ring might be ready. Again, no response, no shipping tracking number, nothing. Chat now just says "our manger will email you" and then ends the chat. So for $1,800+ I have 3 tiny rings I could have purchased on Amazon for much less, and that's it. Christmas is here in a week, and I am sad. Don't let this happen to you. This company is either just a mess or are scamming me, I don't know, but either way, don't let it happen to you.

I ordered a ring [protected] on the 19th November I needed it by the 24th and when it said it would arrive on the 22nd I was delighted so went ahead. I then got an updated email regarding shipping and it said I would have my item by the 30th November- 1st of December. I emailed on the 30th and said I was unhappy and that it was a gift and hadn't arrived I was told I would have it today or tomorrow (1st)

It is now the 5th and I still don't have it. I've been given an updated tracking number to track my order and when I entered this on the ups tracker it is not valid. I don't know if I'm ever going to receive this ring. I want it to be given to my wife as an eternity ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I am not a happy customer and will not use your service again nor will I have a goodword to say about your company to anyone.

I purchased a necklace on 11th November I have been advised by royal mail tracking that my parcel is lost. I contacted customer service for a refund only to be told I must wait for a replacement to arrive and then return it for a refund. This gift is for a special occasion so I need to get another one now and I don't want to wait for a replacement then send it back and wait god knows how long for a refund. I have never been treated so badly by any company before . My order number is [protected].

Bought Mary metal for my bfs 50th on Sept 15, 2022. Never arrived until yesterday, November 12! Got various confusing emails claiming it was mailed; then we are sorry it wasn’t mailed, then we are back ordered. Awful excuses.

The cheap thin metal was bent, in addition to being the size of my pinky nail. Couldn’t decipher what it was supposed to be!`

Emailed immediately and got an email that made me laugh claiming I’m the ONLY person that EVER complained and that it’s their best seller! They even didn’t mention that I wanted a REFUND, but offered an EXCHANGE. Plus th wanted a picture of the piece that was bent! I wrote back and said I wanted a REFUND for this piece of junk. That’s even if it wasn’t bent, I don’t want it. Spent $269 and it was late plus awful quality.

Lousy customer service!

I ordered some earrings in August to give to my future daughter in law as a wedding present. I lost count of the amount of emails I sent asking why they hadn’t been delivered, needless to say they didn’t arrive in time for the September 17th wedding. Emails continued and eventually as a ‘goodwill’ gesture they re sent my order which eventually arrived nearly 2 months after I had ordered them. Dreadful customer service, I would never again use or recommend anyone else to use this company.

i placed a order on [protected] i ordered two rings and a pair of earrings. it took about a month for the first part of my order to come. then i had to wait another two week for the second part of the order to get here. now ive been wait almost two months for the last ring to get here. ive contacted the so called customer service multiple times to get something done on it. not only do i get the constant brush of that ill have in 3-5 days this ring has been siting in preshipment since the 13 of sept. i asked the lady muiltple times for a refund and all she would offer is 10% of what i paid back. so i asked for a working number but she wouldnt provide one. kept saying that they are all remote. so i told her that im contacting the police, bbb, and my laywer. before they offered to give me the 10% of my order back and i can still have the ring ive been waiting on for two months. this is getting old i already know that im probly not gonna get either back. they are impossible to work with and believe me when i do find where they are truly located i will post here so everyone can make there formal complaits to the police and get there money back !

Today, Monday 12th, I've tried to contact Glen Cara, on all available numbers, via e mail, all unsuccessfully. The Website is restricted, Tracking is restricted.

This is indeed troubling. Specially as I'm now reading a lot of negative reviews.

As most have commented, they really fast to take money, but disappointingly, tardy in honesty.

I ordered a set of rings in early August. I paid express shipping. 2 weeks later I was told my rings were in "Quality Control". 3 and half weeks later I was told they failed "Quality Control" and were back in "Quality Control" then last week I was told the rings are shipping on Sept 5th. The rings never shipped but now they can't find their manager so the rings "Can't Ship" All I know is they lie. There is no live person. They are 100% a SCAM and I will report them as so to the BBB and the Secretary of State's office. These people are NFG! PS the office in Delaware is fraudulent too. There is NO store front.

Purchased a White gold emerald silver claddagh ring through Glencara on 7/11/2022. When I received the ring I was very disappointed with the quality.

The supposed genuine emerald looked nothing like the one on the website. It was a light shade of green and very opaque looking. The one on the website is a brilliant dark emerald green. I contacted customer service requesting a refund for the ring and after several back and forth emails trying to convince me to send it back and they would replace the emerald to my liking (I thought that was what I was buying in the first place), I finally received instructions on how to return the item. I did as instructed, sent it with tracking, and now my ring is nowhere to be found. In the instructions, it said to send the ring back (not in the original box as received in) and declaring the value at $5.00. I did this against my better judgement, as the ring was quite expensive, but it made me think that maybe if I declared the actual value somewhere between mailing and receiving it would be stolen by someone in your company or at the post office working with someone in your company. Well now I'm between a rock and a hard place as my package has now disappeared.
