Ordered on 17th Dec, they said despatched on the 18th Dec.Postal tracking did not work.After no response to 5 emails online customer service, they said they didn't respond to tracking enquiries only sales.Today 23rd Dec no awaited gift for Christmas.

I place an order Nov.22nd and still haven't received it. They keep telling me that it was shipped to the wrong address and they'll resend it. I still have no confirmation or tracking number. I have over $300 invested. Now they won't reply to my emails (over 20 emails).

I bought a ring for Christmas. It did not fit. I returned it, and have proof of receipt that they received it, JANUARY 11! Today is March 30th. I have been in contact with them more than a dozen times. They will not refund my money. They will not replace the ring. They continually tell me it will be done and shipped next week! I have no recourse.
I placed my order on 1/27/2023. Order number [protected]. They put incomplete address on the package and I never received it. Per the tracking number, post office reported that it was returned to the sender. GlenCara refuses to re-send my order or return money. So I simply lost my money. I would not recommend to trust them and order anything.
